    Good evening all

    trying to be better posting on here. I’ve been poorly on and off for a few weeks

    tonight we are having soup. I made my own with potatoes, peas, Serrano ham and seasonings. We are on the bare bones cause our shopping is coming Wednesday afternoon.

    chicken breasts to be grill and served with chips (or croquettes?) and a lidl sauce OH gave me for Christmas (for some reason).  it's a cream and pink pepper corn sauce so should be nice.  Will bung some salad in a bowl for me as I like it.

    Was working late so threw some chips and scampi in the air fryer and heated up some mushy peas for us.

    Some what undecided.  OH is having a ham salad (that means something completely other to me* than it does to him).  There's lots more salad stuff available and ham but I'm undecided.  Problem is if I do want ham I have to get some out of the freezer so I best make up my mind.

    *In Canada ham salad is a sandwich filling made from chopped ham, pickle and mayo.  Much like egg salad is chopped hard boiled eggs with mayo.
