Last night we had fish finger wraps with chips and salad, eaten on the sofa as it was Happy New Mandalorian Day!Sausage casserole from the freezer tonight, served with rice and veg.Books read 2023 - 49/753

Spag Bol with garlic bread again. I had ordered the cheap flavoured noodles from Tesco but apparently they didn’t have a suitable substitute which I find hard to believe. That messed up tonight’s meal plan dinner so to avoid us having spuds too many days in a row I’ve moved the Spag Bol tonight instead. I’ll get noodles on Saturday. The sauce has got loads of veg in it and my daughter loves it:money::rotfl::T2

We are using six of the seven items from the £5 To Good To Go from M&S.
We had the iced buns for tea.
The pack of sliced chicken made sandwiches and I added the rest to an omelette.
Last night we had half of the fresh soup and shared the ham sandwich. I added plain yoghurt and homemade jam for desert.
Lunch is the rest of the soup with the cheesy garlic bread.
Tonight we have the ravioli and I shall add steamed vegetables and dessert.
The soda water was given away.3 -

Late supper last night due to hair appointments that turned into a bit of drink and jazz party. (we're mates with our hair guy and his wife). But it was nice and easy as we had some Lidl weisswurst with coleslaw and potato salad. Only problem was that normally OH serves the wurst in a lovely hand made casserole pot that we were given as a wedding present a zillion years back. He poured some water in the pot and that immediately all over the counter due to a crack across the bottom of the pot. Wondering if there's any way I can salvage it by using it in the garden or something but I know the sensible thing would be to chuck it.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe, Old Style Money Saving and Pensions boards.
