    Glad you’re feeling better @kerri_gt

Had a complete lack of inspiration for cooking today, so we ended up having veggie burgers in buns and fries from the freezer. With peas. Filled a gap.

We’re going out-out tonight, meeting friends for a drink and a curry, first time the 12 of us have been able to get together since before Covid

I had the penultimate portion of use-it-up soupy casserole with cous cous flavoured with the scrapings of the marmite jar last night followed by a granny smith.

Pork chops tonight with a small squash.  Not sure what type it is as it's sorta the shape of an acorn squash but with yellow and green skin.  I expect it will taste much the same.  Am wondering if I can be bothered to try stuffing it with cous cous and mushrooms or something.  Probably I'm too lazy.

Thai chicken curry tonight with rice. Will make enough for leftovers on Monday and I have a bag of prawn crackers in the cupboard.

Don't know if I have just had a late lunch or early dinner?? Anyway,  I have just finished the mince and spuds from last night. Will probably want something light, later on, have some bread bun/s out to make chicken burger/s.

Busy day yesterday mostly centered around watching the rugby and then the football, then a band in the evening. So dinner was mac n cheese in the pub followed by some chips later.
