Do a Google search for 'Exemplar' and 'Companies House' and it'll give you a name and address for the man in charge. You can always write to him directly.

Firstly, Thank you to twinsmum08 for posting this warning.

I received a call from a woman yesterday from Exemplar Education. I must have requested some information from a Facebook ad. I have a "Free" consultation booked with an agent in June.

I thought something was a miss, when I asked her to send me a confirmation email. She said someone would call prior to the home visit to confirm the appointment.

I know now to cancel that appointment when I receive that call!

Thank you to everyone who have provided feedback of this company on here.

Doing a Google search of 'Exemplar Education' I found the following:

    8/10 on uk.trustpilot:
    uk.trustpilot.com/review/exemplar-education

And Freddie's Mum thinks it's fantastic!
    freddiesmummyuk.com/exemplar-education

And then Honest Mum, who thinks they're "Brilliant":
    honestmum.com/learning-at-home-with-exemplar-education

Google reviews have given it 1.9/5 from 34 reviews.

Thanks to this site, I'm going to be avoiding this company!

Alternatively, if you have strong enough nerves, let their rep visit, ask lots of questions, appear interested in their waffle and after wasting several hours of their time, tell them to F*** Off.
  • Hi I am a victim of Exampler Education too.I sign contract with them and now I am in trouble. I contact them that I like to cancel it but nobody reply to me .My daughter was using it for 3 months then she stop it...I wrote an email to customer service .They said that I need to contact the 3J financial company .I called them several times -no replay..I cancel the direct debit and now they send me the bill.Financial company said that I have to deal with Exampler Education .Exampler Education said that I have to stop it with the 3J..!!I really feel trapped .Unbelievable how this company take advantage from children to rip they Parents off.Nobody explained to me that I won’t be able to cancel it if this way of learning doesn’t work for my child . Please I am ready to join any group to fight with this company .
