There was supposed to be a junction on the hill climb, around about the Antrim Road, but it was supposed to be too dangerous to have it on that section. It seems even more strange that there is a J1, J1A and J1B, so if they were to renumber to have a 3, only 2 junctions would need changing!

Do you think they are going to have the cones removed for Tuesday?

It has been quite nail biting this week watching the little activity going on at the edge of the carriageways.

4 odd miles of cones and restricted carriageways, delays for thousands of drivers and one man and his dog raking the (not so) grassy banks!

I see the M2 to Westlink flyover is to be completed by 2018 (strategy - what strategy)

I would look on the traffic cameras to see if the cones are removed - but there aren't any!

There's blooming traffic cameras all over the M2. You just can't see them online!

Cones are still there this morning - any update on this, will they be removed soon?

There is a note in the News Letter today to say that tomorrow (Saturday) the citybound lane from Sandyknowes to Greencastle will open

il give an update later on if the cones are there or not as i live beside the bloody thing haha

they weren't there yesterday! although they will be back at some stage as the countrybound lanes need resurfacing.
The motorway looked naked without the cones!
