:p  It's pretty nice, actually, it has a slightly crunchy top - lobbing some down the phone wire right now :)

Right, I had a bit of a walk yesterday afternoon to let me wake up a bit, and then didn't do anything mse-wise at all.  Outlander was fun!

    Today, though, needs must.
    - washing machine has just finished, I'll peg that out in a minute.
    - phone call with sister planned this afternoon, I'm getting some great photos of the baby and of the new cat, which is a lot of fun :)
    - carry on with the net curtain upstairs, I think I may have over-engineered some parts of it, but now I really need to get it done.
    - send a birthday card.  Birthday is tomorrow, I should have posted it days ago, I want to shepherd my limited supplies of first class stamps.  Must do better.
    - I didn't do yesterday's jobs, I needed a break - so that'll be cleaning the mess I made of the tray at the bottom of the oven (fourth day ... yuck).  And finishing cleaning the shopping would be good.
    - said I'd write a brief blurb about our Space Group for our U3A branch, and check the issue of free exchange with a branch just to the south of us.  Must start that - I really don't expect to finish, I'll over-write it, I'm sure  :D

    That'll do!

    Done, drying nicely.

    Done.

Done, I think I can hack doing a bit more later.

Hmmm.  That birthday isn't till November, though it *is* on the 12th :D

So it's the last two, clearing the mess, writing the blurb, and maybe a bit more on the nets.  I can do that, though what I'll *probably* do is do some digging in the garden  :D

I like the idea of a different letter per day for a to-do list - could get very creative with x, z, j and q!

I can't think of an "s" that covers the tray at the bottom of the oven (5th day) so let's go with skanky.  That might need to be first  :#
And this is why I put nothing in my oven that isn't covered.  It wouldn't be so bad if it the oven base could be removed but it can't.  I very kindly allow my DS to do pizzas in there but it has to have a drip tray underneath.  I've been there & don't intend to go there again.  Yuck.

KC - have you ever tried rubbing coconut oil into your itchy skin? If you don't care for the scent there is always the deodorized variety - works wonders and totally natural - just the plain stuff found in the cooking section works - no need to splurge on the stuff in the beauty section of the store at twice the price!

I didn't see you guys there, hiya!  The letter thing was completely coincidental, but I might be on to something 😂

I do use coconut oil, actually, RT, just for variety if nothing else, and not using dairy is a good thing sometimes.  Thank you, that could be a go-er :):):)

I've done a bit more sewing, which is very nearly finished now (and I might take a photo of the classic pattern I love so much, self coloured cheesecloth) and a new one - sugar - I bought a couple of bags recently, and the paper was split a bit, so I threw away the equivalent of a couple of tablespoonsful and put the rest in empty glass beetroot jars, nice and solid.  It's not an emergency job, but its cluttering up my surfaces and inconveniencing other jobs, so I'm glad its finished :)

Stopping now, I'm juggling streaming Outlander and the last season of Killing Eve 😂
