Our gas + leccy is £185. 5 of us.
Now I really want a clothes airer that puts the washing away.

I'd be happy with one that folded stuff & could pair up a load of black only socks, which is all DS will wear. Do you have any idea how many different sizes the same size of socks can be?

We are lucky here with socks. DD is a teen and thinks wearing odd socks makes her look "quirky" and DS (10) has been obsessed with odd socks since he was about 4 so that makes pairing them up so much easier because I don't
We have been talking about buying a dehumidifier and hearing you all talking about them has kind of sealed it for me. Thank youGoals for FebruaryDeclutter 2/50Money Made £0/£200Overpayments £0/£2006 -
Oh wow! You stars 🧦 that's a pair of socks, by the way
and I'm so glad I mentioned the tumble/washing machine combo, because that got people giving feedback about dehumidifiers, which have much more flexibility than a tumble dryer, obviously. Fantastic! If I'd had one when my mortar failed, maybe I'd never have had the mould problem of a few years ago. And it might also make it easier to get a shower a bit later in the day during the winter.
As for the answer to the question of where all the odd socks go, yep, my answer is a break in the space time continuum, and I'm sticking with thatBlacksocks.com have obviously hit on a wonderful wheeze though, they're adorable.

In our house the socks go on the back lawn. Puppylove and Daughterofsatan own all the socks.
They've probably got some of yours. Daughterofsatan can't greet a human without a sock, glove or pair of knickers in her chops.4 -
she'd better not have any of my knickers
I've actually submitted my self assessment tax form. Always terrifying, simply because I'm never sure I've put everything in the right place! They don't care about the tuppence ha'pennies anyway, they round everything down now, and I *know* I've been honest, but it scares me every year
Bargain Hunt it is, along with Asda Hash Browns, my monthly treat

Congratulations on submitting the self assessment tax form. Job well done!Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became
In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!4
