...Fun was still had: found a photo of me and the new dad (then aged 2) so I sent it to his wife  B) that was good.  And I went to stand in the garden, and Half Grown Kitten came over to say hello, that was good too.
Haha - every so often my favorite Aunty from across the pond scares up a photo no one knows existed & scans and sends it over via e-mail.  It always leads to lovely memories & tales to be told  about whichever era the picture is from!

That's exactly what happened  :) turned out my sister pinpointed the day - she'd rented out a trampoline in the local sports centre for a couple of hours for a birthday, I stayed over to help out.  My memory is *that* is of standing at the edge of a trampoline lifting very excited 4 year olds on and off for about a million years  :D  sitting on the floor and reading a book to a 2 year old was a doddle in comparison  :D

How sweet to see the kitten
It was!  I think the bottom of my garden is on it's route.  In fact, I think it may be a boy, I'm seeing it so regularly, they roam much further than the girls.  Purring is good, whatever it is 😽

    Yep, it was lovely!

Another little victory today - all cards sent!

Now it's the emails :) one or two of which are individual, the rest are like Christmas letters.  I *had* to write a letter for one of the last cards, elderly rellie in Yorkshire who has no email address - and my handwriting looked really, really dodgy  >:)

Well, no emails written as per the post above, from 2 days ago.  My science/New Age buddy who moved to Glastonbury rang (from his hospital bed!  two weeks and counting!) and then yesterday I went to my sister's for my birthday lunch of incredibly rich food.  Loved it.  And I re-learned all her electrical and electronic doodads (switching the tv on can be complicated!) because it looks like I'm bunny-sitting in the New Year.  The professional is having a knee replaced, not heard anything to the contrary with omicron yet, so we're acting as if it's all happening.  Heaven only knows.

So, the emails are *today*, as is tidying up the office, because honestly it's so disrupted I can't use it for anything at all. It's going to take the whole day - if I'm lucky, it really is a state  >:)
