Crikey KC, you've been proper knocked out!
Glad to hear you got out and about a bit today though. Market sounds very jolly! Did you buy anything?3 -
It’s good to hear from you KC and glad you’re feeling a bit better. But take care and with all that dizziness don’t forget it could be an ear thing that might need help to go away.Afternoon out with sister sounded fun 😊Mortgage free 16/06/2023! £132,500 cleared in 11 years, 3 months and 7 days

though it was fun to see it all. And I didn't wake up dizzy this morning, which counts as a huge win, so I'm still happy.
Madvix yes, I might still need some doctor-type help, I'm not sure, but I'm going to take it a day at a time.
greent thanks for posting - definitely feeling better, though I don't have any energy left for casual chats like with neighbours this morning, it was a bit much.apple_muncher said:Glad you've not wandered off and got lost. I was sitting around doing nothing yesterday evening, of course, and actually did a YG survey - 360 points needed to get to the £50 mark. Not long now. And as I was reading the diaries, I saw madvix's post about reuseable wrappings and found this, which has links to lots of useful stuff 10 Quick and Easy Bags to Make - Alanda Craft I need to clean the place up in time for visit from bro in mid September, so the bags etc will be an autumn/ winter project, I think. Always nice to plot and dream.2023: the year I get to buy a car5 -
We've lived here for almost seven years and every year I say I want to go to the Mela, and every year there has been a reason I couldn't attend. FINALLY this year, not only am I here, but it will be Pup's first weekend out!I'm not crafty, but every year I get out my paper potters and a copy of the Observer, and make all my seedling plugs and potting on pots for the spring, I've been doing it for the best part of 20 years, green and MSE!2014 starting mortgage £165,0002015 second charge £20,000 - Jan 2021 paid off in fullCurrent outstanding balance - £115,8565

Chiglepig, the Mela sounds interesting, I googled it, is that the Indian restaurant of that name? There's a festival of that name too, I think - either sounds good at this point
Full respect for doing the thing with pots for seedlings made from paper - I might finally be in that position next year, though I did buy some plastic plug pots for this year unfortunately
Managed a nice 20 minutes putting down some sawdust from my neighbour - he uses a chainsaw on trees that another neighbour has been employed to cut down. Weed suppressant, adding organic matter to the soil, what's not to like. Though it is *fresh* sawdust, which isn't ideal, but it will be okay.
Going to log in to my current account this afternoon and do a few jobs on there. And sit out on my nice patio chairs2023: the year I get to buy a car3 -
It's a festival, KC, organised by the local Indian community and cultural association - but I'm hoping for great food as well! It will be quite small compared to those in cities, but fun nevertheless.Hope the day was sunny and warm for lounging!2014 starting mortgage £165,0002015 second charge £20,000 - Jan 2021 paid off in fullCurrent outstanding balance - £115,8563

Sounds wonderful! And small can mean even better with these sorts of things.
I didn't sit out in the end, but I *did* have a walk early evening, it was lovely, mackerel sky, nice and warm, bliss. And I did 2 of the 3 finance jobs, result.2023: the year I get to buy a car4 -
