Absolutely
the thing is, I "shop from my wardrobe" for most things, and definitely for trainers/ walking shoes. Between things that I happened to buy just before I retired, my sister's castoffs after she retired, and the things we split between us when we took care of my mum's house, I have a *lot* of shoes
it's not going to be a problem.
Domestic day today, that I'm taking slow: cooking beans in the slo cooker, tidying upstairs, and a half hour weeding. I may pretend I'm "working" by deleting more emails - over the last few days, I reckon I've got rid of a couple of thousand

Thanks debtfree! Unfortunately, there's been a bit of health chaos in the last few days round here ... I overreached while starting on clipping back the brambles, preparatory to digging/ killing, and my back twinged in the usual area - not too bad, but I knew enough to stop. Then, yesterday and today, I've woken up dizzy and nauseous, not been able to get downstairs till 11am
I also gave myself adrenaline poisoning last night, jumping on an unwelcome visitor to flatten it and put it in the waste basket, then spraying the understairs cupboard with insect killer
I did manage to walk round the block yesterday, so I'll do the same today, judging between the showers and the thunder.
Finances: I'm giving Virgin Money the heave ho, there's a bad interaction between their website and my computer, and listing where I want money to go has the result of bringing up their chat screenit's happened the previous two months too, and life's too short, I'm just not prepared to struggle with that. I'll work on NatWest and Nectar apps instead.

Oh dear that all sounds very discombobulating - hope you managed to get some fresh air though.
Banks and their websites can be v vexatious 😠 I've not been impressed with First D, nothing but problems despite their supposedly excellent CS so will be switching away me thinks.3 -

I just mean when a blast of adrenaline is so intense, you get the comedown quite quickly. It's partly genetic - my mother had an **amazing** startle response
I feel okay right now, we'll have to see what tomorrow morning brings - should be very mild symptoms, if any.

Did a pinecone survey - there's a YG one to do too, I'm 90% there to the £50 payout, hurray.
