  • I got it into my head that it was a shorter one, about a week, but maybe I'm confusing it with the Norway one she went on earlier.

Hope everyone has a productive, peaceful March with no rude interludes from a certain lurgy unwelcome visitor.  In the words of Morecambe & Wise, "bring me sunshine" :)

Little did she know she'll be back before the worst of it here!

I think Karma was going to the Canary Islands.
The only ships that I’m aware of that currently have  problems are out in the Caribbean.
I know that most ports were closing down last week, and ships were not able to dock, even if healthy. What’s probably happened is that her ship missed some ports and had more sea days. I think Karma should be back this week, with some stories to tell.

i was due to go on a cruise on 29th March, but it’s been cancelled. I was very relieved to be honest, with the was things are going. With what’s happened today, it wouldn’t be able to proceed anyway. I have the choice of a full refund, or a 125% Future Cruise Credit. I gone for the refund, as I’d rather have the money, as everything is so uncertain.

its astonishing how quickly events have happened. This is so big, and it’s very difficult to get your head round the full enormity of the situation

I think KC mentioned being away for a fortnight so I imagine she'll be back home any time now. Hope she has managed to enjoy her cruise.
