Hiya Karma
Welcome home. I love Yorkshire .
Time to get your next adventure booked :rotfl: Xxand I've been there for weekends, and genealogical research, but not spent enough time there, not at all. I need more! Perhaps that'll be my spring adventure

I don't like IE but there have been times when I've been very grateful for itwhen firef0x throws a complete wobbly.its all working again, even though its *really* slow still. Sigh ... I think I'll need to get another one in the next year, its ancient now. I dread going to IE, yuck! But we shall see.

Morning :hello: hey, there's sunshine out there!
I have 3 texts I need to send, plus assorted gubbins, plus money stuff:
- monthly transfer into my current account
- send my sister all the money I owe her: between the cruise, last week's trip to Merseyside, and tomorrow's tickets to Tutankamun (:o!) its quite a lot.
- open post and see what's what.
- stupid SB has ground to a halt midway through "watching" 10 videos. Which get me 1 point :rotfl: I'm going to abandon that :rotfl: and move on.2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
Love gubbins

Stupid SB indeed :rotfl: Probably wise to move on!
Most jealous of your sunshine. We are shrouded in mist - it seemed to be receding earlier but it looks like it's changed its mind...0 -

in fact, my duvet cover is trying to dry on the line
Yep, SB ... I'm still trying to catch up with myself, so no way I'm starting on Team Profit lessons yet, but I'm bearing it in mind, and working on catching up with myself so I can *do* the whole MB thing.
I've done the money jobs, but I had to stop to have something to eat. All good here
ETA: you poor Eeyore, you :kisses3: I can't imagine such a long commute in such bad weather.2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
An intense day yesterday .... believe it or not, my sister and I went up to London again to see Tutankamun, the new exhibition at the Saatchi Gallery. We could walk from Victoria, and neither of us had done much around that area, going on to Sloane Square. Philip Treacy hats. Viscount Linley furniture. A huge gated community where we nearly got trapped
(google maps doesn't show you everything!).
Exhibition was fantastic, it really was. Our mum took us to see the one in 1971, but neither of us can remember anything except the big death mask ... nowadays, of course, we have photos and photos of the descriptions to remind us what we've seen. We bought the tickets back in February, but if anyone can wangle any tickets, I'd really, really recommend it.
Today, apart from putting the dishwasher on, I'm doing as little as possible till after lunch, when I get some fresh air. Downloading and backing up pix might be the full extent :rotfl:2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
