Its true, unfortunately, CBC, about the technical skill - unless you have a rellie under 40 or so who knows this stuff? I was wibbling about it all, and my youngest nephew literally plucked my phone from my hand, and set it up perfectly. My niece does the same


Finally, a task for the holibobs thats almost effortless - backing up the computer no more scans before I go, so its a good time to back up.

Okay Dr Witch wants to know the specifications of your laptop/computer, he does say that Low Memory shouldn't be anything to do with storage.

Dr Witch would like to know the model of CPU, CPU speed, how much RAM and how large is the hard drive (also what operating system are you using?)

Sorry to hear about all your frustrations Karma - they may be minor, but it's still frustrating nevertheless.

Well done KW and DrW - I'd have been able to contribute that low memory isn't storage space, but then I'd have been stuck.... would have referred you to PC World/Currys support.
