I'very done the same. Chopped roast pork salad for me and have stashed some bags of nuts and satsumas in my drawer.

Totally agree, some are too tempting not to try.

My lunch was homemade spicy butternut squash soup and I also took a fresh fruit salad and a yoghurt.

    Tomorrow’s lunch will be similar!!!

  • Home-made potato and leek soup for me today. I always chuck in an extra couple of potatoes when I make it so it's really thick and gives the illusion of being creamy without actually having to add cream.

I'm in. Would appreciate any veggie ideas

Made sweet potato and chickpea falafels for dinner tonight so tomorrow's lunch will be the leftover falafel in a wrap with some salad and tzatziki. If anyone wants recipes I'm happy to oblige! :)
