I was back to work yesterday and am so far on track - veggie rice salad, carrot sticks and a Nakd bar (pre-bought on offer!) both days.

  • Took leftover veggie chilli for lunch yesterday and today on course lunch was provided (or I would have taken my own so I’m counting it as I didn’t buy anything!) taking me up to 4 lunches taken so far :-)

  • 3/16 didn't make a proper lunch for today, just random bits from the cupboard/fridge. Luckily it was such a hectic day I didn't have time to sit and eat properly so was pleased with my odds and ends lunch bag! Made use of my coffee and milk sachets, very tasty!
Taking on the world one debt at a time!!!

    Buy a caravan £0/£7500
    Replace house windows £0/£5000
  • Today I managed another take my lunch to work day! I had bbq pulled chicken with boiled rice. So now on #5. Tomorrow's lunch prepped and in the fridge - garlic chicken breast with savoury rice and fruit for afterwards. Might struggle Thursday/Friday as I'm trying to refrain from food shopping until the weekend. Any suggestions please?
  • Day 6, today is a quick and easy lunch.

Corned beef and ketchup sandwiches. (was out for tea last night, so no leftovers to use up unfortunately)
It's amazing to look at how much we must all be saving in only a short few days.
