Morning,well done on the wins yesterday. I had a book win from English garden Bees, Bugs & Butterflies. I did some shopping on the way home yesterday so no reason for me to go out today as kids not as school. Thought i would chill today and catch up with things as working tomorrow.
Nephews hand is getting stronger and physios are coming out on monday so things looking good for him. I filled up his fridge.freezer and cupboards so he has no worries about going shopping as he has been told no driving for 4 weeks. I think the kids only have school next week then break up for ester holidays so will only need me next week.
Sounds like you have been busy sheils getting the room ready. Our weather is wet with the chance of snow again this weekend so we will see if it hits or misses us. Hope you all have a good weekend.

Good morning from snowy Hampshire!


Woke up to deep snow this morning & we had quite a
strange weather mix yesterday too - heavy rain first thing,
followed by snow which thankfully didn't settle (wishful
thinking on my part :whistle:) .... now this! :eek: :rotfl:


Can't believe I was out gardening and enjoying the warmth
just a couple of days ago!





Sounds as if your GKs had a brilliant time at the Disney on
Ice show leanfun. :T Wonderful experience for both. xx


Have a great week with DS3 sheils. Pleased you managed
to finish decorating the bedroom - I also dislike glossing ...
always seem to get in such a mess! :eek:

Good Morning,

Sun trying hard to get through the clouds here but still windy.
Had a few flurries of snow here yesterday but that was it. Seems to be snowing up DS3s way so wondering if he will manage back today as they won't bother clearing things much on a Sunday.

Well done on the book indie. Had forgotten about the Easter Holidays as no children in our family now. You will get a bit of a break then - school runs seem never ending when you are doing them. We used to share them as lots of kids the same age lived in area. Glad your nephew is still doing well.

Must have been a shock seeing the snow this morning Alfie.

Hope your snow has gone FF.

Hope everyone's ok and keeping warm!


The snow here started melting yesterday and by teatime
there was barely any left!


There was another flurry through the night but nothing to
speak of but my goodness it's chilly this morning!


Jack Frost has paid us a visit so will have to mind my
step when I get my provisions in today.


Warmer temperatures have been predicted as the week
goes by and thankfully the sun will be showing itself
later on this afternoon.


Have a lovely and lucky start to the week all and please

Beautiful sunny morning here and supposed to stay for a while.
Been watching the snow in Devon on TV - looks bad.
DS3 didn't make it yesterday as after I spoke to him he fell asleep until the afternoon. Was getting worried as he didn't answer my messages or phone calls! He had been going to try and catch a train that didn't run on a Sunday anyway :rotfl:DD is going to pick him up after Uni today (if he makes it!)
Have made quite a few UK holiday break bookings so holiday plans are looking good

Glad your snow has gone Alfie and hope you have been dug out FF!

Morning, Just started snowing here again. I had to clear the car when i went to work yesterday,then came home and was in an hour and it snowed again so went to pick son up from work and had to clear the snow off again. This morning i again cleared the snow off car but the difference was there was ice underneath. Yesterday there wasn't. Just done the school run and it started to snow again...lol. looks like i will have to clear it off again. Looking at the weather forecast they didn't have snow for here today .I was amazed this morning that so many people had only cleared a small hole in the windscreen to see through. They can't realise it is an offence to drive like that. I did hear on the radio yesterday that the police were charging any one they caught who hadn't cleared their windscreens.Anyway, hopefully the weather will change for the better as the week goes on. Hope you all have a lucky week.
