Have to say it’s cooler and sunny here now although a bit windy. Our DD2 didn’t make it here last night. So will probably be stuck in traffic today with two children wide awake.

Can’t believe it’s the May bank holiday already. Love the lighter evenings.

It's funny weather here, windy with the sun in and out. Rain is expected but not till later. Hopefully i can get my washing dry that i just hung out. I am taking DS's GF to the blood bank later as it's her time to give blood, then i may pop into Aldi's to see what plants they have.Hope you all have a good day.

Hope your DD2 gets to you without any hold ups leanfun.


It has been bucketing down here. I know it is needed but even so when it starts here it doesn't stop! As this is a tourist and artist town there is lots on this weekend so been a shame for the tourists. Think we will go and see a Japanese Exhibition that is on (and soon to finish) We don't have much in our town but do have a big fancy new art gallery. Still annoys me that they did away with the town hall to make it as we have 2 other ones as well.

Morning chilly this morning but not raining.

Sheils yesterday DD2 made a couple of stops on the way but had a good journey no holdups. Children were excited and it’s hard going to sleep when it’s so light. Sheils enjoy your trip to the Japanese exhibition sounds interesting. Shame when the weather is so bad on holiday weekend.

DD2 has taken GS with friends to stay last night near LegoLand so they can go in early. She had a really good deal with Premier Inn.

Hope you found some plants Indie. We now have lots of roses on a bush that I thought had died off years ago.

Morning, hope you all had a good Bank holiday. I am off to see the nurse soon for my 2nd visit. I expect it will be the results of my blood test. It's damp here and chilly,hopefully it will warm up later.

Colder and raining. Popped with the OH yesterday to a few shops.
OH back at work today, I am off until next Monday.

I will have to go and pay a few bills and will just do a few jobs in the house today.

Morning, bloods were ok yesterday so happy with that. It's a dull start here but not cold it feels muggy and close. I have nothing planned for today as yet.Hope you all have a lucky day.
