At the moment I am doing it because I am paying the rent on three houses. Mine and theirs, except it's my credit card that's paid it. So the quicker I get the house returned to the association then the less it will cost me.

    Be assured I am Fuming!

I hurt all over, and I am not sure tomorrow won't be much the same. But then I will still need to get a van to move it all.

I assure you that I am planning my walk away moment.
I really have had enough !

GOOD! Be angry Mooloo, don't let them get away with it.

I am currently paying two rents myself, in two different countries, because I need to be near my mum who is having a terrible time for a number of reasons, health being one. So I know how much of a financial burden it is, as well as emotional, and trust me I don't earn much - but I'm doing it out of my own pocket, because I WANT to. Because I want to take care of my mum, who took care of ME for so long and because I love her, and because I can even if it means going without luxuries.

What your son and his girlfriend are doing is despicable and irresponsible and point blank wrong. And they are parents themselves! I am utterly disgusted at their behaviour.

They just don't see it. I showed him all I did, he just said that he couldn't do it on his own, and that he loved me.
Ha. He is 6ft odd, and I have issues with my left side and I still lifted boxes and furniture and rolled up carpet. Yes I am angry. Tired and sore.
Luckily I had staff to help today and I have them tomorrow too. Although I don't have a car, it's off to get a new handbrake cable. Biggest is going to be driving for the first time since her C section and collect me and drop me off. She's under strict instructions no way must she do anything though.
Getting another van when I can get off work and they don't have any excuse is another matter, but if we cannot do it before Monday it's another £103 odd rent,
    That's a flight to Portugal.

    Positive head on!
Having my morning cuppa, still walking but very sore, but I knew that would happen.
Heat pad ready for my back.
Biggest is going to collect me to go to DS's this morning and I plan to finish packing up downstairs. Still need to arrange the best time for the van hire (again). Ideally I would have preferred to do it Sunday but DS and GF work Sunday so it means another weeks rent on Monday.
Resigned to that at the moment.

"Love you, Mummy" ....Oh yes, I have heard that too....too many times in the past as I helped one or other of my 3 sons out of some sort of scrape - never ever as bad as those that you have experienced with DS alone Mooloo - it seems to be a stock reaction of most teenage boys - but DS is no longer a teenage boy. However, the longer this goes on, and the longer you are helping him and GF to get into their "last chance" home will hopefully harden your heart against opening the purse strings ever again. You must do what you have to do - and whilst we are all shaking our heads about it, 95% of us would be doing the same as you are doing. In my opinion, the burden of responsibility/guilt is delivered immediately after the umbilical cord!

Try and get as much rest as you can, don't let Biggest do too much - she is very much your daughter - were I nearer, I 'd be down there trying to help YOU - not your son and the G/F.

    I am done.
99% is packed, I have cleaned where I can, and there is really only a few things that are on top of the kitchen cupboards that I cannot reach.
I am very upset, but not surprised that DS has not arrived yet, even though contact with the boys finished at 12.
Biggest only dropped me off, won't let her do anything.
Can't reach either DS or the GF on the phone, so I am going to have to wait for Biggest to finish feeding the baby and then come and get me.
Now I have stopped I am getting very cold. And stiff.

Just want to cry, but that will not help.
My car is going to cost nearly £200 today.
    Really annoyed with that.

The universe is plotting against me I fear!

Chin up. I can do this, I really can!

Totally forgot that today was DGDs award presentation at school. Staff reminded me as I got back to work, DS did eventually turn up, and brought me home so I cancelled biggest. So DS has dropped me off at the school with about 20 minutes to spare! Phew DGD would have been really upset if I had totally missed her award!

When this is over, I still have to get back to work and also I will have to deliver to a customer- walking as car is still in the garage.

Great to see the positive assembly at school and children receiving awards for caring for others as well as Maths etc!
Got my car back at 4pm only £104 after all, much better than expected.
Trousers delivered, meal deal bought, bath with candles and bubbles with a glass of wine. Tick.
Flannel Pj's, fleece dressing gown, and feet up. And it's only 6.30!
I reckon I will be in bed by 8!!
Aching all over! But I knew I would.
