I'm so glad her toy was found Mooloo! She must have been missing it. It will make her feel a little bit better.0

I know it may not be easy, but given it's occuring every holiday could you try next time to get her to stay out of the pool for a few days and see if she's OK?
I picked up a horrid ear infection, otitis media, when in Tenerife as a child, most likely from the pool. Ended up at a Spanish doctor's whose only English was 'what is wrong'. Fortunately the nurse spoke English and translated. Was prescribed antibiotics which did the job.Make £2025 in 2025

I also used to get ear infections every holiday - the doctors told me that swimming and the pressurised air on the plane caused them. Ear plugs are, sadly, probably the only way of preventing them

Feeling a little stressed today. Can't access my bank account at the moment and I am so used to checking it every day. Illogical I know because I haven't spent anything and there are no Direct Debits due. When I die I will know that I have lived, loved, mattered and made a difference, even if in a small way.0

Our last night here in Portugal.
Dgd met another girl her age in the pool this afternoon and spent several hours playing with her. She did start with the ear plugs but they kept falling out. I hope tomorrow she won't suffer too much.
I read and wrote.
Once again I have been told that I should be writing a book. So I turned my journal over today and while sitting by the pool I began an outline. I had to ask the hotel for another pen as I ran mine out of ink. That's two pens gone through. Four books read and half a note book written in.

Time for breakfast and then packing. Topping up the cars petrol and a last stroll around the marina. Then a swim in the afternoon. We will just have to take wet bathers Home in a carrier bag. We have until around 5pm before we leave for the Airport. I am visualising a uncomplicated day, smooth transition and that my suitcase will stand up to the return journey. That the flight is going to be on time and that we are not over booked. That it's a smooth flight and the person next to us is pleasant. That the suitcase is waiting for me on the baggage carousels as we get through customs and that the airparks bus is there. That my car will start and we can be home just after midnight. When I die I will know that I have lived, loved, mattered and made a difference, even if in a small way.0

Hope you have a hassle free journey home Mooloo.I Believe.....
That it isn't always enough, to be forgiven by others.
Sometimes, you have to learn to forgive yourself.
Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery
Today is a gift. That's why it is called the present.
happiness isn't achieved by getting extra things,
but by getting rid of the things that make you unhappy0
