Have had 24 syns over the last 2 days so within syns but rather more than I hoped! Alcohol has a lot to answer for, LOL! Won't have any more before WI in Thursday morning.
Today's plan:

L - LO roast pork, stir fried veg (cabbage, carrot, courgette, baby corn, sprouting brocolli ), noodles
D - HM beef burgers; SW chips; HM coleslaw (1 syn for LTL mayo); salad
HEA - milk
HEB - oats
Syns - 2 Tbs LTL mayo 1; nothing else planned

Morning all, minus 2 for me this week.
Lots of luck for your operation tomorrow KATHRYNHA, I hope you recover quickly and start to feel a lot better than you have been xWeight loss 2017/2018 - 49 lbs0 -
Thanks Kathryn. In that case, I will make sure to have speed on my plate with every meal.I maybe ate a bit too much yesterday but I am still learning. Are muller light yoghurts free?
I'd be happy if I could lose 7lbs by 4th March as I don't know what to expect so thought it was best to set lower expectations to begin with. I'll see how my first weigh in goes on 25th Jan.
Also does anyone have any tips for quick prep office lunches? I've been taking in cans of Baxters Vegetarian Soup and have one a day as I know counts as HexB choice. But I want to introduce a bit more variety. No Buying Unnecessary Toiletries 2019 Total UU since 2016 - 396 | Total February UU - 10 -

Yes muller lights are free as long as it isn't the one with a layer of fruit puree.
I will add you ton the spreadsheet. You can always change your target later if you want.
Homemade soup is good as it tends to be cheaper and you can save your healthy b for something else.
I have pasta salad a lot for lunch, or HM pot noodle or even last night's leftovers to heat up.Zebras rock0 -

Afternoon everyone.
Thanks for the chart Kathryn and congrats to all the losers, especially ssm as SOTW. Welcome Lucia. Stick with this lovely thread and you'll soon get your head around SW.
A bit of a blow out weekend for me I'm afraid so doing an SP day today and maybe tomorrow too to try and get a loss this week after two weeks at the same weight.
Welcome back from your hols Joedenise - I'm just looking for our next one as DD2 has got her 'posting' for next summer (she works for holiday companies) so we go to see her at least once during the season.
All the very best Kathryn for tomorrow - I hope the op does the job and you're soon back on your feet.0 -
Welcome Lucia to the SW thread.
Do you have access to a microwave at work? If you do then jacket potatoes with beans is an option, served with a mixed salad which you can make at home.
Alternatively crustless quiche or muffins are an option, again served with a mixed salad.
Have a look on the SW website. Click on the "Useful Features" tab and then type in lunch ideas in the search box. It brings up 151 features! Probably not all useful for office lunches but will give you some ideas.
Also worth looking at the 7 day sample menus for other ideas.

:T well done to lioness, nicki and msm on your losses today. Well done to everyone on the challenge, really on track 3 weeks in.:T
To add to what denise said about SP, I was going to suggest making HM soups too. My favourite is lentil and veg. It can be used as a filler before a light meal to make up for lack of carbs. I'd also say that the whole point of SP is to be low carb so any cutting back will be helpful even if you don't stick to it 100% and choose to have some carbs with dinner or the odd banana or yogurt. All I'd do is not have the additional HEB unless you're doing it 100%. Personally I have SP lunches quite often, breakfasts my only carbs are HEBs but I only do full SP days when cottage pie with swede & carrot mash is on the menu for dinner.:D
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB porage, HEA milk
L: ham, fried potato & veg, beetrootbaked haddock, kale mash, broccoli, tomatoes and mushrooms.
Syns: extra HEB 6, syrup 2
We'll all be with you tomorrow kathrynha. Think of us when faced with the NHS menu!:D0 -
Welcome Lucia. Also sw wraps filled with what you fancy then toasted in the oven before you leave home I found are quite filling, depending on the topping. I usually make it into a like square, fold it in then turn it over, cook it then Bob it in a sandwich bag.
Good luck Kathryna for tomorrow, will be willing you to get better and thank you for doing the grid
Well done Ssm for being slimmer of the week
Been on the scales and must have done better than I thought with drinking captain Morgan's as ended up
-3lbs
It was marginally in the 7lb as was 7.8lbs but would rather rule up to be honest as boots does but today was out of paper (they'll lose a fortune lol) so potted down to tescos which is more accurate.
I am going swimming more (someone else said they were too) which I do think is working. Only managed 40 minutes today as they close the pool early and mum was dilly dallying so took a bit longer to get to swimming, but still managed 1100metres. Also took the dog a walk so getting the body magic in.
Well done all the losers and sts and keep your chin up anyone who has gained.
30% off when we're not even half way through is fantastic going:T:T  :beer::beer: to the lil one:beer::beer::beer:

Thanks all. Think I am just about ready. Bag packed, instructions for hubby written, lots of food in the fridge and freezer for when I come home. Have managed to totally go over the top on syns today though.Zebras rock0
