    Just braved Tesco as no deliveries. Was a nightmare! Lots were using the hand scan thingy (including me) so check out was Hugh queue as they only have 4. Oh and I had to have mine checked obviously :mad: always happens :o

    Very low on bread but most everything else was ok.

    Hubby took the back roads and the drifts at side of roads were huge. Plough has been though so in places it’s like being in a tunnel :eek:

    Thanks i used 40g oats, dash vanilla essence, chucked in some cinnamon, 1 egg an 6 teaspoons of sweetner, the recipes i have seen said 5 TABLESPOONS sweentet, no way was i putting that in , cooked on number 6 for about 18mins

    Thanks Bubbs. So it's basically a baked oats recipe but cooked as cookies instead of cakes!

    Another variation to try then! May even make some small ones for taster next week - if I can make a dozen they'll only be 1/2 syn each which is good.
