Kathrynha, could you please put me down for 6 lbs for the next challenge.
Never lost an ounce in February, and with stress and sickness dogging me I seem to have totally lost my focus and am not feeling at all confident.Five weeks ago I was feeling great, confident that I would easily lose that pound to reach that 4 stone level,so now I am feeling down, somewhat depressed.:(:(:(
My ear infection triggered sinusitis, and now slight vertigo, making me dizzy and sickly if I try to move about. Living mostly on porridge as its soft and easy to microwave, plus tins of soup - 10 syns a time:eek:
I am hoping my son gets back from Worcester safely, and then he can go to Her*ns and stock up some things.Corner shop not too far away but being woozy and using a stick doesnt appeal. Nor do the exorbitant price in said shop..0 -

I do hope that's true!:D
I've got a synful (in that I plan to have whatever I fancy:D) Thai meal coming up on Monday, two meals out next weekend for my birthday and then Monday week we're off to Italy for 6 nights.
In between, I mean to stay on plan provided I can buy in some suitable food! I'm thinking that if I eat (again) from stores today then by tomorrow there may have been a few more deliveries in the shops. Heavy rain is forecast to wash away the snow here but I suppose I depends where the farms are.
We have got football this afternoon so I may call into M&S and Lidl (only food shops in the city centre) and see if they have any veg or milk as that's the biggest problem.
Today's (possible) EE menu:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB toast, baked beans, HEA milk for drinks
L: JP with cottage cheese and pickles (may have JP out instead)BGTY burger, lashings of fried onions (about only fresh veg left), tomatoes, peas, SW chips
Syns: burger 1, gin/wine??
Last night I had a bit of a sinus headache so didn't feel like a drink. I had 7 syns of chocolate with a cuppa instead. So loads of syns left.:D0 -
Snow seems to be thawing a bit but not enough to get out yet! Have enough in for the weekend and hoping the thaw continues until we can get out Monday/Tuesday. Only thing getting really short of is bread but I can manage without that if necessary as have some WW wraps, Ryvita & Ryvita Rye cakes which can be used for HEB.
Today's plan:
B - bacon & mushroom toasted sandwich (HEB + 4 for butter & brown sauce)
L - LO hotpot thing from last night; will need to cook some mash & green beans to pad it out a bit
D - HM beef stew; mash - looking forward to that. May even make some dumplings as have plenty of syns available with not drinking at the moment:D.
HEA - milk as usual in drinks
HEB - bread
Syns - butter 3; brown sauce 1; dumplings ? (will need to work out syns if I decide to make them)

WI was cancelled today so, Kathrynha if you dont mind Ill be a sts & for the next challenge could I have 16.5 lbs please?
Cleared the neighbours path for them as theyre elderly & I dont think hes very well anyway and then, with another neighbour, cleared the path that leads up to the main road. Then walked to Tescos (which is about 1/2 mile away) to find the shelves were completely bare of anything fresh so have just grabbed a few things but managed to buy bread in Lidls & sausages & bacon in the butchers for brekkie tomorrow. So Ive done my body magic for the week lol
Tea tonight is under discussion....either tacos or chilli I think are favourites atm0 -
