I haven't tried them myself but they used to advertise that they were SW friendly. They probably still are but SW stopped them using the name.

Thanks for your good wishes, everyone.
Lush, your brother has a point!

    I have celebrated with Maltesers and a Fry’s cream and hm white bread. The digger cleared car wide path out of the village and neighbours got together and dug out their streets, so it is possible to get out/in - as long as no one is coming the other way! Haven’t managed to get to shops yet – and they don’t seem to have bread or milk anyway. I’m going to have to be more creative with meals. So we got to visit Caoimhe, woo hoo! We tried to get a takeaway on way back from hospital, but nowhere open !!!9785;

Another fan of orange smarties - I wish they did a whole tube of them! Or maybe it’s as well they don’t!

  • Congrats, greentiger.

I have had an absolute disaster of a week. Off work, new bed not delivered so sleeping on the floor and it's that time of the month. So, I have fallen off the SW wagon. Had M&S lasagne and chips last night.

Worse, I am visiting my daughter from Wed - Fri next week and we've got some lovely plans that involve food. Plan is to get back on it from today - Tuesday. Enjoy my visit and then get back on it from Sat.

I'll weigh in tomorrow as usual.

    Morning all.
Hope everyone is keeping safe and warm.

STS for me this week. Frankly it's more than I deserve, as I know I'd put 3lb on at the start of the week and I've veered wildly off plan in places since - I can only conclude that I've burned off more calries than usual keeping warm (we don't have central heating here and our electric storage heaters aren't really up to this weather).

Still , new week, new challenge and I think I'll start posting my meal plans here more often to keep me on track. Kathrynha, can you put me down for 11 lb for the next one please - that would take me down to the 4 stone lost milestone.

    Plan for today

    B: Kippers
L: Ham & cheese wholemeal sandwich (HEXA, HEXB) and a red pepper.
D: king prawn stir fry with noodles

    Snacks: melon, clementines, plums

Syns: 4 for kippers, 1 for spray of oil with stir fry.

    Beautiful baby,greentiger,and a striking name
Got to agree though with the guy who said that the gaelic/celtic speaking folk are either great spellers and rotten pronouncers - or vice versa!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
My daughter originally wanted to call her daughter Niamh, but after thinking of all the years that would see the need to spell her name out,she changed her mind and called the baby Ava :)
