Thanks Bubbs, that's a really helpful tip and good starting point. I think I'll browse the thread for a while then have a go when I'm not so tired from a long work day. :)

Wow! Totally stunned with a 3 lb loss.:j:j:j
My last weigh-in was on Thursday28th,3.5lbs gain!!!!:eek: But I was angelic on Friday and Saturday, absolutely terrible Sunday when I had all the family most of the day(remember the VALT?),but wasnt too bad on New Years Day (no visiting family!).;);)
I' m pretty sure I didnt really put on 3.5 lbs the Xmas week,I had rice which bloats me up something rotten, but good that I got rid of most of the bloat, only half a pound more now than before the Xmas week:T:T:T:T:T
Full of renewed confidence that I can continue keeping to a steady 1 lb a week loss:j:j:j
What a relief, thought I'd have put on a couple of pounds:):):)

1.5 lb loss for me tonight. Not bad for the week I've had. Eventful evening tonight. Ended up at the hospital but with daughter this time. Suspected broken scaphoid

Evening all, I hope everyone had a good day. :)

Bubbs, the mushrooms look delicious and £150-ish is really, really good! I've looked at the elite thread in the past, but it looks so complicated! :o

    My plan today:
B: porridge (with water) and 8-10g raisins to sweeten (1.5 syns and HEA)
    L: salad, beans and apple
D: 1/3 Schwartz slow cooker chicken curry (2 syns)
    Milk in tea coffee: HEB
    Snacks: 3 Sainsbury's Scottie shortbreads (9syns)

Well done to Caterina and ChrisV on being SOTW! :T

Not sure what happened there, I tried to edit and my post disappeared. Reposted here.

Just had a look - I don't get it either!

Little bone in the wrist near base of thumb. Hard to xray, hence suspected

I probably clicked the wrong button, I'm always really tired after work and driving/commuting both ways in the dark doesn't help. :)

Losing weight will hopefully help with the tiredness, but I can't wait for longer and lighter days. :T :D
