Evening all & welcome to the joiners..
Jet lag is still playing up - woke up at 5 & managed to get to work without my computer/reading glasses so am tired now after having got soaked walking mutt.
First day of being back on plan with hubby cooking a nice, if spicy, stir fry.
Strange as it may sound eating normal food was a really treat!0 -
Valm, well done for the size 14 and still having boobs!
Lush, what a wonderful idea. As women we tend to neglect ourselves. I would like to join you - but I know I will fail100 -

I work too many hours, and still have two adult children at home, as well as OH and the dog.... but I have started some self care - I am having various parts of my body lazered to de-fuzz them, I am dieting, getting fit, and want to get my eyebrows tattooed.100 -
Really sm??
Yeap, i often spend £100 for 4 adults for the month.
I cannot see how bubbs spends £150, I estimate she spends £60 a month.
We have not bought toiletries for years, and have a loft room full of tins and other long life food stuff, toiletries, household products...:j:j:j100 -
Well not the best day. Bragging rights go to beanie’s bunch. 0-2 defeat and their goalie got man of the match. We were there with daughter and her son and also our son. Dropped son in town A, daughter and grandson in town B (neither too far out of our way) and headed home.
Hello, Lioness and lighbulb0811.
Congrats, Caterina and Chrisv as joint SOTW.
why did you weigh your roast beef?
Ha ha, maman and Sunshine, the scales were out, and believe it or not, I do weigh what needs weighed, e.g. cheese. A case of Pavlov’s dog, methinks.
Hello again, gingerfurball and shrimpy.
Back to your old tricks, bubbs, setting off my taste buds!
dusty, that’s a fantastic loss, especially at this time of year. You’ve done well too, kathrynha. Sorry about your daughter’s injury.
I’ll have a look at the elite thread later.
Breakfast: tomato & herb omelette
Lunch: hm lentil soup
Match: whole bag of Maltesers (9.5 - I forgot to take my own wee bag;this is definitely a better choice than a pie!)
Dinner: after dropping family off, DH’s belly thought his throat had been cut so we had dinner out. In my new found enthusiasm I turned down starter but succumbed to a bite (just the one) of DH’s garlic bread, followed by baked ham, baby parsnips and what I had thought were potatoes but I had skim read and it was Dauphineoise potatoes ☹, with gravy which I hardly touched. NO dessert. Any guess for syns for that lot?
Snack: still got hexa and hexb so probably cheese and grapes againSewing 88/COLOR]Woollies 19Card s 91Reading 37/400
