I used to get coffee from a certain chain coffee shop and always felt ill afterwards. Someone suggested trying the soy milk version, crisis averted, didn't feel sick after those ones.
As far as the food goes, I can't taste anything at the moment, or it tastes disgusting, very annoying, I love my food. So, as long as you're healthy-ish [not talking superman healthy fighting fit run a marathon climb a mountain fit run away from zombies fit] and you'r not overweight and it doesn't make you feel bad - like the milk or the coffee] just eat what you like.
