I've managed to get a £10 payout on Swagbuck, thought it was going to take much longer to do than that, not sure it's for me to be honest, I'll see how it goes. Well done KD, it is mind numbing at times, but it's a regular £10 that can be very handy with Xmas coming up
Some people make quite a bit from it, I aim to make £5 a week, roughly 100 sb's a day, anymore than that and I think I'd go doo-lally

And the weekends here :j :j While ds is at work I'm trying to get on top of the housework, then tonight I want to plan my table display for my cards event tomorrow. I've had a reply today from a local care home that I'd emailed saying they already have someone selling cards there but they do have 6 other homes locally and are going to give me their contact details so I can see if I can visit them
Other than tomorrows event I don't have any other plans for this weekend, so am looking forward to chilling on Sunday. I treated myself this week to a set of bath foams from a friend who sells Tropic stuff. I absolutely love my bath but get fed up of radox bubble bath that disappears within 30 seconds of getting in the bath. Anyway, this is a set of 3 bath foams and was £22  But a tiny bit makes tonnes of bubbles and the smell fills the whole bathroom like proper essential oils rather than synthetic perfume. I don't drink or smoke so this is my treat for me, and I'd spend £4 on a bath bomb so in the longrun this will work out much cheaperMortgage Total: £51,549 / £75,000

So today's event was strange - it was one I've done for the last couple of months and usually take about £70, today I just scrapped to £50. I thought being November now people would be buying xmas cards but it felt like a totally different sort of customer today to the previous ones, there were more people than before but just browsing mainly. Never mind, it's another £50 taken
I've had a lovely bath, and am quite ready to go to bed but I guess I ought to wait a bit as it's only 6.30 :rotfl::rotfl: It feels a lot later as I was up early and it's been dark for a while now.
Dinners done, baths done, so it's a nice evening of chilling out and an early night. Tomorrow I need to do the food shop and I hope to take the dog up the forest for a bit if it isn't wet.Mortgage Total: £51,549 / £75,000

Food shopping done, £63 for the week but that included some beef and lamb for the freezer from the reduced section and also some lambswool insoles for my boots
I then popped into M&S and finally, after years of going in there and feeling frustrated by the tat, I can happily announce that I went in looking for a plain black and a plain cream soft jumper and i found both for £12.50 each :j :j Woohoo finally they're listening to their customers and getting the basics rightI also then bought a couple of new thermal vests for the winter and some new socks as I have to keep pinching them off ds
£43 spent in there and I left feeling quite happy.
Ds is back in a couple of hours so I am going to potter about a bit until then as there seems to be 'stuff' everywhere again at the moment :cool:Mortgage Total: £51,549 / £75,000
