Morning all, up and ready to go this morning, I have parcelled up the ebay bits to post today, I'm meeting a friend for coffee at 10 then have a care home to go and visit later on with my cards.
Later on I need to sort out and pack up all my cards for en event tomorrow, then afterwards I may need to make another order if *hopefully* I've sold lotsMortgage Total: £51,549 / £75,000

So the care home visit ... I took £12 BUT the lady there said it wasn't an ideal day as it was just residents (and half of them were asleep). She has asked me to go back on a Sunday in November, she has taken some brochures for the staffroom and the residents lounges, has popped a poster up on their activities board and will mention me in their email to residents and their families. Looks like this could become a regular thing and it is only a mile away from home, very very pleasedMortgage Total: £51,549 / £75,000

So the event yesterday was a disaster ... it was more like a soup kitchen than a fair. I sold one advent calendar card (£2.75), the woman next to me took £4 and the guy the other side of me took £3.50  Absolute waste of time but it's all a learning curveMortgage Total: £51,549 / £75,000

Morning, the extra hour didn't help me much last night, I had a rubbish nights sleep  Never mind. I was up fairly early and have tidied downstairs, put the clean washing away, rehomed all the stuff that was starting to live on the bottom of the stairs, peeled the potatoes and carrots for dinner, put the rubbish and the recycling out and am now going to try to tackle the banking once again once i've made myself a cup of tea.
The rest of todays plans include:
Getting my rear tyre fixed (nail in it)
Buying ds a new belt
Going to the garden centre for some lights
More homework (finished one bit last night)
Parcelling up an ebay parcel
Ds sorting out his bike lights
Clearing some emails
Roast dinner
We're having dinner at lunchtime today then going to Southampton to see Indy set sail back off to America. We're going to take Mum with us as she hasn't seen her yet. Then it will be the depressing Sunday night routine of getting ready to go back to workMortgage Total: £51,549 / £75,000

So I've got the tyre sorted, £16 for a puncture repair which is better than a new tyre
That will come out of my car maintenance fund. I got ds some batteries and a new belt (£8). I went to look at the xmas lights I'd seen that I liked and it turns out they were £49  So they can remain in the shop and I'll look online for some cheaper ones
Dinner is in the oven, ds has had his bath and a bacon baguette for breakfastI've had another go at the banking and this time, after I've taken off todays spends, the food shop, the petrol etc etc I'm still £630 over   I can't see where this has come from, I'm thinking I must not have moved my money into savings or something last month but that would be incredibly unusual for me. So, I'm not going on a wild spending spree with it or anything, I will move it into my savings fund until I figure out where I've gone wrong as I can't just have an extra £630!!
Perhaps it will turn out that it's all on paper rather than being actual extra if that makes sense?? I've completely confused myself with it all tbh, I need to streamline the number of accounts I have, as I have various accounts plus then my betting accounts, money for my cards etc and it all can get quite confusing!Mortgage Total: £51,549 / £75,000
