Does anyone know how long training is for and if you have a choice in what hours to choose?

For me it was 4 weeks. You are on the phone 95% of the time - wise to have Skype with headphones or your hand will go numb holding a handset. All the people in the training will be interacting so a good tip - when not speaking mute the mike. You'll have received a CD too if I recall.

In my case it was 6pm - 9pm, Mon - Friday. I think thats normal. The whole thing is very friendly and relaxed. However you have tests to do at the TT Uni. (very clever only the Yanks could have thought that one up).Oh, no barking dogs or kids screaming in the background as there's even training about that type of subject. ;) It's all very interesting BUT remember the main point is that you are not distracted so no TV's on is wise.

Lots of discussion, listening and learning. Nice people, well everyone was when I did it. The TT people are great. I applied 5% as stuff you did away from the other stuff as the tests. There are lots and it's all very organised. The rest you will have to find out, as I did without the slightest knowledge of what I was going to do. :D

You have to think - Well I'm working from home but it's the same as going out to a new job. If you are home, how can you be late?

They'll know when you log on/off to their systems. You can discuss attendance/lateness in the training anyway.

Does anyone know when the new training date is? It was cancelled last Friday and they said they should have a meeting this week?

There is a number that was going about I can't remember it. I got accepted and they told me there would be a introduction call last week but it got cancelled and was supposed to be sometime this week but I got an email back from my interviewer and says she is out of office on holiday back on Friday 26th but I have heard or received nothing? 15th March was supposed to be the start date.

I went through the application process and got offered the job and was waiting on the admissions pack being sent along with the workbooth cd. Received an email tonight to say the client has cancelled the training classes and non are envisaged to start for a few months, if at all. So it seems that this was a waste of time
