You would need to leave off the 44 at the beginning of the number. 44 is the international dialling code for the UK if you are calling in from outside the UK.0

Hi can anybody please give me some advise,I used to really enjoy working for BT inbound sales and was quite good at my job,but I havent worked for seven years now,and for the last 3 years I have stayed at home with my autistic daughter ,and have became isolated from adult conversation
I have just passed the 2 on-line assesments with Teletech, and now have my phone interveiw this evening,I am so nervous, I am worried Ill muck it up.
I read in this thread that they ask you to describe a time you helped an awkward customer and how you handeld the call,
Does anybody know a good answer to this question,or no of any other questions they may ask,
I would really appriciate any tips,as I would really love this job0 -
I am sure that you can think of a time when you had an awkward customer in your previous job.
If not then something that has been awkward and you have had to deal with at home.
I m sure that you will be fine with the phone interview. It is very relaxed and they try top make you feel comfortable . I haven't worked for 5 years but am in training with Teletech and have to say I am enjoying it  but I have opted for the customer services side.
Good luck for tonight.January Grocery 11/3740 -

You are paid fortnightly into your bank, and yes, it is taxed.
Its an actual job, not a cash in hand type situation.0 -
Paperwork is handled in Belfast but the recruiters who do the phone interviews are in the US (and are often home based too).
Good luck to those who've applied-I've now been with TT for just over a year and it's being a really positive experience for me and I love working from home
Sorry Rachel am told on good advise you shall we say "kicked off" over losing a day wages on new years eve would you care to explain to people what went on there ?
For those of you who dont know this company decided to close on new years eve without staff being paid
those staff who had holidays left could use a days holiday to cover this day those who didnt were left without a days wages am advised you were clearly not to happy and made your concerns known in the chat rooms ? Positive experiance ? lol dont make me laugh0 -

If that was the only bad point of her year then I would say she is perfectly entitled to say its been positive.0 -

You are right, but if someone has posted that they have worked for them for a year and its been a positive experience for them, why should I doubt them?
They would have no reason to lie surely?0
