    Hi,
i had the same call on monday and took it as being just a courtesy call. that same day i received my assessments via email which i completed that night.
The next day i received a phone call inviting me for an interview this friday (9th). This morning they rang at 9.30 am to remind me of the interview and it would be a chap called joshua. The interview was at 2.45pm which has been and gone and which i think went very well. Joshua said he had several interviews to do and would contact me via phone or email within the next 3-4 days with a yes or no regarding if i'd got the job or not...fingers crossed!
So far i'm impressed by how quick/ efficient they've been- i hope you have the same luck with them.
    all the best,
    steve.

    Hi Guys,

Just need a bit of advice really.

I applied for the teletech @ home customer service job. The first time I applied on the american site not realising it was different but this was about 3 weeks ago and didn't hear anything. I applied last night on the UK site and today received a phone call from an American Woman she left me a voicemail inviting me for a phone interview, she gave me a Toll Free number and told me to call UK time between 1pm and 1am Monday to Friday. I also recieved an email with the assesments.

Will the Toll Free number be free for me to call from the UK? Does this sound right? Very confused.

    Any response would be appreciated.

    was the number 44800?

  • I currently work for Teletech and although their head office is based in America, they give you a local toll free number to call into if they ask you to call them. Their HR department for the UK is based in Belfast so if you are hired, all paperwork would go to Belfast.

    Good luck!

Paperwork is handled in Belfast but the recruiters who do the phone interviews are in the US (and are often home based too).
Good luck to those who've applied-I've now been with TT for just over a year and it's being a really positive experience for me and I love working from home :)

    Thanks guy's for your advice.

Haven't had chance to call back yet. But I am going to tonight. Do I need to do the assessments before I call because I need to sort out my wireless internet before I can do the test for my machine!!

Also are you classes as self-employed? Do you pay your own tax and NI?

    Thanks Guys
    Rach :)

You would be employed by Teletech so you don't have top worry about being self employed.

I know I had my interviews before I got my machine tested

    Thanks mumofjusttwo for the reassurance!

However I have one more problem :(
I have tried ringing the number they left on my voicemail and it just won't connect.

It starts 440800 - Do I have to dial something else before this?

The woman said I should call today before UK time 1am. But I am going out in 20 minutes so starting to panic!! :(

Sorry to be a pain guys!!!
