Car Park Investment - Is it a Scam?

Has anyone purchased a space through Aston Darby in Bolton? They have car park investments at Manchester and Glasgow Airport. I read in The Gazette that an investor put a winding up petition in the courts in April. After checking the reviews in Google, it seems they are not repaying returns. Is this the start of the end?0

The end was probably in train and inevitable before they even placed their first advert.0

It sticks in my mind because I remember the maths didn't add up: to make the returns they promised on the occupancy rates they predicted would have meant charging higher prices than the airport's own car parks.0 -
Store First, a sister company of Park First under the management of Group First, was ordered to wind up by the High Court on April 30.
Let's keep the momentum against Park First going.0 -
I don't think it's as simple as you put forward, AFAICS that in that only some of the overall company closed and other parts kept going ?0

There is another claim company starting to claim on behalf of other investors-Its another group action by Express Claims - They are going through a company called TLW solicitors with no win no fee policy.
It might be another alternative than going through Patrick Lawrence who requires some funding up front.
Has anyone else been contacted by them?
Also, another investor is starting a social media campaign against Park First and their directors- Its clear that PF don't want any negative publicity . I think there is a lot going on to get the money back- It's a slow starter but there is lots happening now.0 -
Hi reaching out to ALL investors of PF ahead of the Creditors meeting on 1st October with Smith & Williamson
Please email Safe or Scam on contact@safeorscam.net as they are trying to reach out to investors to join the group to oppose their proposals.0 -

Just like to follow up on my last post I did last year. Its now very clear that investors will not be getting the title deeds or the arrears in payments. We have received a letter off the director. A chap called Leigh Heywood. Basically stating that if we take legal action we will all get nothing just like Park First investors! Also blames the downfall on Coronavirus and lots of other very poor excuses. Its 6 pages of utter nonsense and excuses. He states he doesn't live a lavish life style or drive a nice car. We've been told a very different story! Unless he classes a brand new top of the range Range Rover not a nice car!
Along with a considerable number of investors we are now progressing with a group action against Aston Darby with the help of ClaimExperts.co.uk / Smooth Law. Any investor interested should visit claim experts site and sign up there. The more investors we get on this action the better for all of us... Heres a few links of interests in relation to Aston Darby and one of their car parks at Manchester.. Which as it turns out is no where near the airport but it carried the Manchester Airport Logo on the Marketing material!!!!

If any experienced claimants in on the other car park investment claims could help give advice that would be excellent.
I should start a new thread on this as I don't want to hijack this one as I expect there to be lots more comments in relation to this.0
