I have a document in front of me issued by a company called GRL (Ground Rent Ltd). It's business address is Group First House.. BB12 7 NG. So, I would be cautious when dealing with any company carrying that name.

They are using other names as well, Hershel Escrow and Everton Rose!

Since it was FCA which had ordered Park First to offer the Early Buy-Back Option, I truly believe we investors should let FCA know that the company has been trying various tricks not to honour the option.

The more people write to them the better.

It doesn't make sense to me that FCA would on the one hand make a directive while on the other knowingly ignore the fact that it is not being followed.

The non-action by FCA at this stage is probably because they want to wait for the outcome of the Store First hearing. Or perhaps they are not aware of the seriousness of the problem, i.e. the actual number of affected investors.

FCA are still interested in PF following through with their promises- I highly recommend contacting them and having a dialogue with them.

They are not FCA registered or regulated, therefore the FCA, legally, cannot step in for an unregulated company, as they would have to for all of them!

How can they sell the property when the title deeds are registered with a reference in ones name ? I do note that it is only the space that has the title but the walkways are owned by the landlord . JWK solicitors are registered in the UK . Interesting who it is that actually owns the site . Anyone know what car parks at Glasgow are closed . I got an e mail that they close them for periods when not busy but are still paying the dividend .I got 1% not the guaranteed 2% they may even try to look for ground rent if it stays closed! .

When did you get that 1% payment?
Also, what was the reason that they said they didn't pay the full amount?

I received the 1% a month ago by order of Strong House Ltd .When I called they told me that the park was not open as it is now being used only as an overflow park .I have joined the FB group .

I'd be very careful thinking that it's closed and private. Anyone close to the company could easily produce evidence of being an investor
