Maybe just hit the spam button?

I got a warning saying I marked something as spam that wasn’t spam. Seems the forum mods are siding against us on this one.Mister_G said:Maybe just hit the spam button?Edit: I’ve just marked the last one as spam too, either they will ban me for “bullying” someone who only ever posts on this thread repeatedly with suspiciously fanatical allegiance, or him for spamming.Either way I need to stop all the spam notifications from this thread, either way will do it.0 -
Same happened to me. I took the view that capslock = spam but apparently the mods disagreed. To be fair he does seem to have turned the volume (if not the frequency) down a bit though.andyca said:

Back on topic: I've been with OTM for 3 weeks now and they haven't done anything wrong so far. Fingers crossed!1 -
Hence I just call out the misleading sweeping statements on the thread. Appreciate it's somewhat frustrating but forum users shouldn't be misled by dubious claims.andyca said:

Unfortunately it takes a few loops to whittle down a "Whizz bang tariff 27 is cheapest for everyone" claim to a more realistic "it's cheapest for low/medium users, on E7, in some regions, but in parts of London you'd pay less by signing up for separate supplies and forgetting Whizz bang tariff 27 altogether"....
The cult-like evangelical preaching reminds me of the old Utility Warehouse days, which puts me off using OFTM even when they are cheapest.2 -
Yesterday I received a final bill from Eversmart 9 months after switching to Outfox The Market, therefore, do any legal eagles know if I'm liable to pay the debit balance please?
P.S. I joined Eversmart at the start of September 2018 and this is their first bill!0 -

bristolleedsfan, thank you, I'm aware of back-billing rules, but I'm not sure if Eversmart can only go back to June 2019 or September 2018 because Eversmart are now Utilita?1

"No firm will be able to bill you for energy used more than 12 months ago."

bristolleedsfan, thank you again, but as Eversmart are in administration and Utilita are the Supplier of Last Resort, I fear that back-billing rules may not apply even though Utilita sent the final bill and not the administrator?
P.S. I switched to Outfox The Market before Ofgem appointed Utilita as the Supplier of Last Resort!1 -
Originally switched to Outfox The Market last year (from Eversmart - the switch completed a few days before they went under) and have since switched twice as they introduced lower tariffs and there was no switching penalty (am now on Fix'D 20 9.0).
All done online as I'm quite deaf and so far cannot fault them.0
