  • I see the Bastians are trying to create fake MSE accounts  :disappointed:

I've now decided never to join Outfox the Market to make sure I'm never associated with these kind of people who decide to troll in there name.

I always feel that the tone set by customers defending a company reflects the company itself.

Thanks for making the decision a lot easier for me.

I must admit I haven't laughed out loud for so long, but the comment above justifying the use of electricity for heating due to saving the cost of a standing charge for a gas meter was a real ROFL moment!!

Well, well, well.....will you have a look at that ......Outfox The Market have changed the name of their Facebook page to imitate the REAL “Outfox The Market Discussion Group”. Which was set up by customers to help other customers struggling with this rogue supplier.  Furthermore, Outfox are e-mailing all their current & previous customers, offering them £25 Amazon vouchers to join their new Facebook group.
On top of all that, Outfox are encouraging the members of their new group to
blitz e-mail MSE to influence MSE’s recommendation status and get the support warning message removed on comparison results.
Clearly this company STILL hasn’t learnt it’s lesson and continues to try and cheat, influence, and silence.
Even more reason to have the other platforms in place to keep these rogues in check.
Imagine, having no other way to hold this company to account. Their havoc would be unchallenged.
It will all backfire though because even their new Facebook group is filling up with hundreds of complaints. Wonder if they’ll discreetly delete them like they do on Trustpilot.

I COMPLETELY DISAGREE WITH THE ABOVE POST BECAUSE I'VE BEEN A CUSTOMER OF MOST ENERGY COMPANIES AND OUTFOX THE MARKETS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRICE IS SECOND TO NONE, THEREFORE, I DON'T WANT TO SWITCH AGAIN!

I never have had issues with OTM over the last 2 years of being on supply with them. I am a member of their new FB group although have not published anything in the group. I for one consider them one of the better suppliers in the market today & don't see any reason to change.

    This post is largely untrue.
    1. OTM have set up a customer discussion page alongside their usual FB page.
    2. The email sent by OTM makes clear that 3 people (Not all) will win an amazon voucher.
    3. There has been no communication to customers about a 'blitz email'.
    4. How can setting up a discussion page for customers to air their views be described as cheating, influencing and silencing?
    5. OTM's new Facebook group is not filled up with hundreds of complaints. This is a complete fabrication as anyone who has seen it will be able to confirm.
    6. Companies cannot discretely delete Trustpilot reviews. A company has the right to report posts that contravene Trustpilot guidelines.
    7. There are barely any postings on the 'REAL' discussion group. The content mainly features conspiracy theories and personal attacks on the staff that work at OTM.

YORKSHIRE ENERGY ARE NOW CHEAPEST FOR ABOVE AVERAGE USERS BECAUSE ORBIT ENERGY HAVE WITHDRAWN THEIR CHEAP VARI-SAVE EXTRA TARIFF, HOWEVER, AFTER READING TRUSTPILOT REVIEWS, NO SANE PERSON WOULD SWITCH TO ORBIT ENERGY OR YORKSHIRE ENERGY!
