I'm no longer with OTM; was only with them for a few months. I switched to Orbit Energy as was cheaper for me.My time with OTM was faultless. Everything happened professionally, faultlessly and on time, including my final a/c.1

YOU MUST BE A HIGH USER BECAUSE ORBIT ENERGY HAVE HIGH STANDING CHARGES AND LOW UNIT RATES, HOWEVER, TRUSTPILOT REVIEWS SUGGEST THAT YOUR MARGINAL SAVING WILL PROBABLY BE OUTWEIGHED BY NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE BECAUSE FOR ME AS A LOW OR MEDIUM USER OUTFOX THE MARKET'S CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRICE IS SECOND TO NONE, THEREFORE, IS IT WORTH SWITCHING FROM A FAULTLESS SUPPLIER TO SAVE PENNIES?0

£100 pa cheaper. I am a low user. 2 retirees, Cavity insulation, LED lighting throughout. High efficiency boiler, very smart heating controls, 2.5Kw Solar PV with a diverter for spare electricity to my immersion heater: I also use IFTTT to turn off my boiler's hot water output when the sun shines. £106 G&E per month, essentially paid by the income from my Solar PV.All I did was use MSE Cheap Energy Club and followed his advice. Prices are area dependent. I live on the edge of NW London.0

I KNOW PRICE IS AREA DEPENDENT, BUT I DIDN'T REALIZE PRICES VARIED THAT MUCH BECAUSE MY FIX'D 20 9.0 IS THE CHEAPEST TARIFF FOR LOW USERS IN NORTHAMPTONSHIRE, THEREFORE, I WOULD BE INTERESTED TO KNOW WHAT YOUR STANDING CHARGES AND UNIT RATES ARE PLEASE?0

TELL US HOW CERAMIC DEFIES THE LAWS OF PHYSICS FIRST?1

THAT'S WHAT THE PRESENTER SAID ON IDEAL WORLD WHEN HE WAS SELLING CERAMIC HEATERS!😂0

RALPHS, I THINK THAT YOU'RE MISTAKEN BECAUSE ORBIT ENERGY HAVE HIGH STANDING CHARGES IN ALL AREAS, THEREFORE, IT MUST BE MORE EXPENSIVE FOR A LOW USER?1

People have different definition of a low user, I use 1/4 of what Ralph uses
