Well I have no idea how many posts I've made but to be fair to Outfox, the only issue I've had with them was the direct debit debacle early last year. Since then, I've reached the end of my fixed term contract, renewed with them on a no exit fee basis and just last week changed via chat to the fixed 12 month 20.4.0 tariff again with no exit fee. My only contact with them is generally uploading my meter readings every month. I have no loyalty to them, I will always choose the lowest price supplier I can find but, similarly, I have no issues with them. If they stay in business and remain the cheapest, I stay with them. If they go out of business, I go the the new cheapest provider. I would have no hesitation in suggesting someone uses them - for 1 reason only, they are the cheapest supplier I can find. 
Their customer service has improved no end in the last 8 or 9 months. I would give them 4 out of 5 and if we're still together this time next year with no further issues, that would become a 5 out of 5. If this was twitter I'd end with #jistsayin

I changed to Outfox the market last year on their 12 month fixed 19. They brought out a newer fixed for 12 month 20 which was cheaper. I contacted them using online chat and they changed me to the new tariff immediately, no problems and excellent service!!

I also phoned OTM to change to their cheaper tariff, i was on the phone less 5 minutes and was put on their cheaper tariff right away. oh wait over 200 posts!!! I was lucky that i was not with them early days. So credit went its due.

I have to add weight to people saying good things about OTM recently. They are my inherited supplier at the property I just moved to (November) and I was about to run 1,000 miles from them as I am still living the Utility Point nightmare from my old property and learnt my lesson about cheap suppliers.
However, I've found OTM have been great with anything I needed to do so far.

I get from reviews that there was a big issue from a year ago and a lot of people got burnt. However, I can also sense people are saying they've really turned things around recently. If so, great to see and they should be rewarded with a decent customer base. First sign of shenanigans though and I'm going straight back to Scottish Power where I feel safe. Don't care if it costs £15 p/month extra. I'm not doing another Utility Point.

Ofgem is issuing Outfox the Market (Foxglove Energy Supply Ltd) with a provisional order, compelling the supplier to pay £602,930 in full for the Feed-in Tariffs (FIT) scheme by Wednesday 12 February 2020. 

The FIT scheme, which is administered by Ofgem, provides payments to owners of small-scale renewable generators and is funded through levies on suppliers.

Any supplier who fails to pay its Levelisation Payment by the deadline will be in breach of Electricity Supply Standard Licence Condition (“SLC”) 33. 

Outfox the Market has told Ofgem that it will not make its upcoming FIT payment by 12 February 2020 for Year 10, Quarter 3 of the scheme. Therefore, Ofgem believes that Outfox the Market is likely to contravene SLC 33. 

If Outfox the Market fails to comply, it could end up in having its licenced revoked and Ofgem may open a formal investigation into the potential non-compliance, which could result in the supplier paying a penalty.

The Feed in Tariffs scheme is a government programme designed to promote the uptake of smaller scale renewable and low-carbon electricity generation. It requires participating electricity suppliers to make payments on both generation and export from eligible installations. Ofgem administers the scheme on behalf of government. SLC 33 stipulates that all licensed electricity suppliers that have supplied electricity in Great Britain, within the relevant FIT year or quarter are obligated to participate in the FIT levelisation process. They have to declare the amount of electricity they have supplied and make a financial contribution towards the scheme in proportion to this.

Came here to read reviews after Outfox the Market came up cheapest on comparison.  Was concerned by the above but now looks like this has been rescinded - https://utilityweek.co.uk/ofgem-revokes-order-outfox-market/.  I feel sightly better now and judging by recent positive reviews will give them a try.  I guess everyone has different experiences - I saw a post in this thread slating Utility Point but I have nothing but praise for them.

Just wanted to add that i plan on switching to OTM as there isn't a big switch event on and my big switch 2 year fix with EDF is finally coming to an end. OTM is £140 cheaper than my current provider and £70 cheaper than any big name supplier. I appreciate this forum and I'll watch out for hikes in DD payments and other signs of them going back to their old ways but the recent reviews on here seem positive. The main deciding factor for me is that there is no exit fee to leave them, so worse case scenario I can sit with them until the next big switch.

I have swapped tariffs within outfox the market twice in the last year or so, and it took literally 2 mins on web chat. so i couldn't be happier.

I switched to Out Fox the Market several years back, had no issues with them during the initial switch or thereafter,. I have switched tariff with them several times after  MSE's Cheap Energy Club alert. Today was the latest switch, quick and friendly chat with operator Justyna  on their website to confirm ID and the new tariff, then switch which, all in all took about one minute or even less.
