I've just been declined a refund on my account which is £150 in credit. The dd is set at £51 while I'm averaging £32 usage. I was happy to let it mount up in case they have cashflow problems but did expect it to be refunded on request. It's not a problem for me but for anyone with limited funds I think this company may be one to steer clear of.1

My switch from EON to Outfox went well and was easy and quick. I have not had one issue with them and I would recommend you switch to them NOW.0

We have twice had our credit refunded from Outfox. We did have to chase them up several times but we did get it back eventually. I'd ask them again for a refund.1 -
They owe me £37 from when I moved. My understanding is they need to give £30 compo then another £30 compo so will see what happens.0

Today 06 Feb email from Complaints@foxglove.energy saying they accept the Ombudsman's decision and are sending me £110. Must keep an eye on my bank account

Just wanted to put a quick review on after seeing how bad a rating OTM got on comparison review and being so low.
I had a smooth switch over other than OTM adjusting the readings I gave to give themselves a few extra pennies/pounds.
Since then I've had nothing but good communication with them, either via email or usually via the chat.
Whenever I see a better priced new product with OTM I've had a 3 minute online chat with them and switched over with no problems.0 -

Yes, they have a 70-30 split on the monthly payments, but you know that upfront when signing up (the 70% winter payment is still cheaper than my old gas and electricity suppliers combined, who were the cheapest when I switched to them last year).
They very quickly agreed the electricity final reading with my previous supplier, just waiting for the gas sorted now.0 -
Outfox the Market (Foxglove energy) have given excellent help, advice and support over the past few months as I have been trying to resolve a dispute I had with my previous supplier. Using the "On line chat" facility made communications simple and I got a hard copy of the chat afterwards that was invaluable when discussing the problems and details with my previous supplier. Not only did Outfox answer my questions at the time but they also proactively checked on progress and warned me when my previous supplier went "off the rails" again! Thanks to OTM I got the problem sorted.
If I could give 20 out of 10 I would. Well done Outfox the Market! (And 0/10 to T***k energy)
