Ebay ebay ebay ... just packing up rest of stuff to post tomorrow.

2nd chance lady was lovely and has paid - she only lives a few streets away. Dozy first buyer (she who did not want it) has also sent a payment so I have refunded it - can't be doing with her. Need to look now at my options on ebay for that sale not completing as I don't want to be charged fees. Need to also decide what to do about feedback.

:D i have just done 3 job applications (all just CV and covering letter but letters take some work and send for info on one other). don't want to count my chickens until i have a job in the bag!!!

one more before bed i think...

meant to say - i just used a big eating apple (braeburn i think - off the market), cored it, put some sultanas in, a bit of honey on the top and a splash of water in the tray (used a pyrex lid!). butter is not good on weightwatchers! wish i'd done 2. got loads more apples and wondering whether to peel and core and stick them in the sc over night to stew.

    Hi Pigpen,

Didn't think I'd find anyone else up at this time in the morning, but thought I'd come on here to say that I've finally finished my letter of application for the teaching job that closes tomorrow, and feeling very pleased with it. Hope it gets me an interview after all of the hard work.

Have to get up early to take it in, so best be off to bed now.

Morning all :D I'm all bright and breezy today - kind of like the weather :rotfl: Yes I really am up at this time, woke with a start at 6am as OH shook me awake but had freezing cold hands  Went back to bed for 5 minutes while I sorted out my back which I managed to tweak as I jumped out the bed  but was up washed, dressed and downstairs by 6.30 :D I have no idea what sort of day I'm going to have. I know I need to pop to Aldi first thing to buy some cola for OH (and hide a bottle or two of it ;) Stop him drinking it all) and the ironing moutain is not getting any smaller so thats going to be done 5 items at a time. I think I might also go back to bed for a nap, I seem to sleep better of a night when I do that

Will have to iron DD's blouse in a minute but for now :

    Morning all

So far I've cleaned the drawer in my WM and set it to a boil wash, put clothes on radiators which were in the washer and washed some dishes.

I'm off to Longton this morning to do some shopping and pick some shoes up from the cobblers. Hoping not to be too long but we'll see. Got parent's evening again tonight - DD last night, DS tonight but I'm not going to work so I'll have then evening at home. DH is on a night out so I'll have the night to myself so I'll probably do some catching up then.

Toria - glad your party went well

    Poohbear - thinking of you

Tia - pleased you dad's back at home now

Michelle - ignore work - they'll do anything to get out of paying money.

Sexymouse and rach - good luck with your job apps

    Sorry if I've forgotten anyone

I'm hoping to have a call today to say I've got an interview as they asked for a reference yesterday so it sounds promising!

Hope you all have a good day
