• Hi All

I've decided to add another overpayment following some good news that I won't be the only wage earner in the house from 1st August. My son graduated a week ago and has managed to get a job so will be able to support himself. This is much quicker than I expected as he had only submitted one CV and they called him to interview and he got a call a couple of hours later :D

so update for #169 extra payment of £495 making July payment £1,686.40 and ytd of £8,659.66/£12,000

I think if we add £592 to June, the spreadsheet here and my total should both read £3167 of £6500

Doesn't look like my below update was added in:

Could it be posted as June and my subsequent overpayments of £2150 to July please?

Money we'd lent a family member repayed to us and moved into the mortgage within 24 hours, feeling proud!

    Thank you!
just final monthly totals needed, check yours and let me know the months that are missing :)

Your posts have confused me. If your total for July is 243.28 and year total is 443.28 when did the extra 200 come from? You only started MFW18 in July!

Not as much as some of you but I'm happy to have overpayed almost £500 in 2 months. :T

Thank you pawlala. Hope everything is okay?

For now my target is £1208.15 to offset the yearly interest. If I make that then I will increase my target if that's okay?

So #182 total so far £200/£1208.15

    Hi :o

Number 54 updating for the first time this year (sorry!). YTD OP's = £8307.01

Will try to be more timely for the rest of the year.
I've put all OP into July, let me know if you want it splitting into different months and how. BTW, you have reached your target with that, do you want it readjusting?

Spreadsheet updated. A bit of admin for those above to do, please and thankyou. :)

I wonder also, if you have a neighbour on the spreadsheet who is lots behind or hasn't even started, drop them a friendly PM to catch up. Even offer to cut their grass for them :p

Off on jollydays (Staycation) now, back later next week :D

To those on target and ahead of shedule. Be trying harder from September when I can stop spending, I hope.

Thanks! I'm happy for it all to go in July to keep things simple.

Can we increase the target to £10k please so we continue to push ourselves?

    #46 reporting.

Only £230.72 for July. All the money's going to the extension at the moment, so this is just extra stuff, e.g interest on banks accounts and whast left over at the end of the month.

Hope we can get back to the bigger OPs soon.

Currently OP'd £8,010 this year, already hit target but the rest of the year is uncertain.

    Good luck everyone!

    Thanks Pawlala
