Your posts have confused me. If your total for July is 243.28 and year total is 443.28 when did the extra 200 come from? You only started MFW18 in July!

I had written the first £200 as 3rd June instead of July on my list and that's what's confused me. Sorry my mistake!

I'm an eager beaver and one day into having a mortgage couldn't wait to log onto my online account and set up my regular overpayment. I have done that, but also wanted to pay a lump sum and annoyingly you have only pay a lump sum online from a NatWest account! So I have to ring them.

#157 reporting a £1,662.40 capital reduction for July :j:j. Also my June total seems to be in the July column on the spreadsheet - sorry if I didn't make it clear when I posted.

Thanks again to those running the thread - it gives you such a boost to see that total rising :A:)

Quite a bit under target, but July is a funny old month in our house...

I think that still puts me on track for the year though.....

Thank you Pawlala, Hiddenshadow and everyone for their encouragements.

No 70 reportig an OP of £518.26 for August.

Today our remortgage kicks in so starting in earnest to see where I can get the total in the 2 year deal. They have given us a projection of the total in 2 years time, I am setting myself a challenge to see how much lower I can get it...looking at somewhere near £16k.

Thanks for those running the thread.
