#46 - couldn't let the mortgage trip into the next 000 bracket so just threw another £34 at it.

Total for the month of July now £264.72. It all helps.... :)

    Thanks

Hi can I join please, just bought and completed on a house. Mortgage of £205k.
I'm starting small for the first couple of years as DH at uni.
Hoping to overpay £2K in the next 5 months.
First thing I'm going to do is increase by regular payment to a nice round number.
As we don't pay rent this month and the mortgage is paid in arrears I was going to overpay by one month, but husband is abroad and has to fly back for a funeral so will wait to see how much that costs us first!
    Many thanks.
