Hi can I join please, just bought and completed on a house. Mortgage of £205k.
I'm starting small for the first couple of years as DH at uni.
Hoping to overpay £2K in the next 5 months.
First thing I'm going to do is increase by regular payment to a nice round number.
As we don't pay rent this month and the mortgage is paid in arrears I was going to overpay by one month, but husband is abroad and has to fly back for a funeral so will wait to see how much that costs us first!
Many thanks.Grocery Challenge Jul £380.75 Aug £637 Sep £539.82 Oct £53.43 / £475
EF 3-6 challenge #104 £739.25/£10000
