The longest I have left it is 3 days and it was still fine. I have read that people freeze theirs as well.
I was just thinking the same about making some scones before the school run. Yes, I am off to do some now, I have to leave the house by 20 past 3 so i will have time!0 -

Did you make your Ciabatta from scratch or from a mix?If its from scratch can I have the recipe please?
Been so busy lately have caught myself coming back :rotfl:
Got the new freezer and am in the process of filling it.Never frozen HM bread before do you freeze it at the dough stage or after its baked?
Kids are having HM pizza for tea tonight with salad.Hubby who's not in till 7.30pm will be having pork steaks done in gravy in the oven with BP.
If you dont have crumpet rings you can also use the small bean/spaghetti tins with both ends removed and washed of course:rotfl: .I've never tried HM Crumpets might give them a go this weekend

morning
I dried some apple rings last night - yum yum yum yum yum!! Kids love them too! I followed instructions in the leaflet that came with the dehydrator and sprinkled lightly with sugar (after covering with lemon juice for 2-3 minutes) - am going to try without the sugar next time.
have a good day everyone0
