    a panny is a panasonic bm! ;)

Have you tried making the dough in the bm and then finishing off by hand - ie shape it and lay on baking tray or put into loaf tins and leave to rise - and then baking in the oven. Thats the way I do mine. I really dont like the texture of the bm baked bread, and I've tried several recipes but hand finished bread is lovely!

I am going to give the apple braid recipe a try. I have a morphy ritchie BM, so add wet ingredient first ( i think) so do I do the same here - yeast last . Then do I just put on dough making cycle?

    Thanks all!

How about a beef version of what I have done today with chicken.

Take 2 pints stock, add in 4 hand fulls rice, assorted diced veggies, cook this until rice is nearly done, then add approx 2 hand fulls of diced meator whatevere you have left.

"Meat" savory rice, this is a meal in itself which is ideal for lunches or quick t's, can be frozen in portion size tubs for quicker thawing.
OH takes this to work sometimes as he has a micro he can use to heat things up.

This will be our T tomorrow night(all 4 of us), I have had lunch from it today and have also got 4 lunches worth in the freezer.

mmmmm yummy thanks mama great ideas!!

amanda40 yes just slap it in on the dough cycle wet stuff first I've used this in my morphy richards and its come out just as well as in the panny :D
