The weather is a pain. I've had to put the heating on for a little bit to help my washing along. Hopefully, something will be sorted for you by September. I'm still not convinced schools will be up and running properly but we'll just have to see. xx4

Doing a bit of learning through the summer is a key thing to stop the little ones forgetting things they have learned. Are they able to access reading books through the library or school - I still remember one summer hols where I read everything by one children's author, thanks to the local library. A wee bit easier with e-readers now.Save £12k in 2025 #2 I am at £4863.32 out of £6000 after May (81.05%)
OS Grocery Challenge in 2025 I am at £1286.68/£3000 or 42.89% of my annual spend so far

Does your library allow borrowing online? (E-books and magazines). Or if you can get the Kindle app on your phone, there are a lot of children's books for free.
And yes, it's been wet here too! Very wet. The forecast improves from now on, though.

Used to love going to our library during the school holidays when the DC's were little, there was always something going on from lego building sessions to creepy crawlie shows. Great fun.
Morning WBThe sun is shining here today and it's breezy so I have washing on the line at long last
Books were always on my birthday or Christmas lists, in fact they still are. Have a lovely day. xx
