Thank you Daisy. I cant afford clarks though 😳 Its a really good deal really though after you've bought the first pair I assume it will last most people the whole school year.
I've had headache so really haven't done anything today.
Hope you're all okay and keeping safe x“Once you hit rock bottom, that's where you perfectly stand; That's your chance of restarting, but restarting the way.”7 -
I read it that Clarks would sway any brand for Clarks ie M & S or whoever xI am a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Mortgage Free Wannabe & Local Money Saving Scotland & Disability Money Matters. Definitely only Clarks shoes bough between now and September.
The deal applies on full price back to school kids shoes, including school shoes, boots, plimsolls and sports shoesTo qualify for the deal, shoes must be bought from a Clarks shops before September 14 and they must be fitted by a Clarks fitter in store - meaning if bought online, the shoes won't be eligible for the deal. Parents will need to keep hold of the receipt and if their kids do outgrow the shoes, they can take them back to a Clarks store to be replaced. The offer is available for infant sizes 10 and above from the date of purchase to February 28 next year.
For infant sizes 7 to 9.5, Clarks says you only have until 30 November, 2020, to swap them for a new pair.
Still a good deal for those who usually use Clarks though 🙂

We had a few light showers but not before the washing was dry
I can only remember buying Clarks for DD because at the time they had those shoes with dolls in the heel or something silly like that and of course she wanted them and as a first time parent I hadn't quite mastered the art of saying no lol. I never did understand the measuring part though. Quite often she would measure up as a 5 for example but end up in a completely different size. xx

Just popping in.

Hi WB
Good to hear you're all OK. Have you managed to get out anywhere yet or are you still staying home? The new lock down rule is a bit of a blow isn't it, not that I really visit anybody but it feels like it could be the start of things going back to square one again. Anyway, trying not to think about that for now.
How's the uniform list coming on. Have you ticked anything off yet. I went to buy slippers and trainers today, realised I hadn't got any socks with me so couldn't try them on, so I came back home for a pair. If was only afterwards I realised I could have simply bought some from one of the many shops that sell them that I'd walked past back to the car!! I'm a bit brain dead at the momentxx

Its all a bit stressful isnt it?
We arent supposed to be going out if I follow the advice from her medical team. We have been to the shop twice now though. I dont have much choice. Its all just a worry.
To be honest where I live over this side the new restrictions don't surprise me. The rules weren't being followed before and still arent. Unfortunately thats what makes it harder for us.“Once you hit rock bottom, that's where you perfectly stand; That's your chance of restarting, but restarting the way.”7 -

To be honest I'm surprised seaside towns haven't been locked down again with all the people that have been visiting them. There will always be people who put their own wants and needs first, but whereas in the past it probably didn't affect anybody, unfortunately, that's not the case at the moment.
xx
