Hi WB Just stopping by for my weekly hello and wave to you all Are you all set for school starting? We've had a massive e-mail from DS's school going through absolutely everything. We even got a walk through video sent to us of what life will be like for them when they return. Nothing too draconian I don't think. Slightly different start times, different entrances, only 3 choices of food for lunch (not sure what that's about tbh), they stay in the same classroom all day for double lessons! although DS is in options year so he gets to move about, but only on one corridor. The list goes on and on. They're also going to issue every pupil with a face mask and bag to keep it in - and as nice as this is it would be much better if this also extended to a a full set of uniform lol. On PE days they go in their kit and stay in their kit, those poor teachers - a mix of stinky boys covered in lynx would have me reaching for a mask regardless of Covid
Anyway, enough waffle, I hope you're all OK and keeping well and that there haven't been any more hospital stays. Also hope the promise of support has been followed through for you. Pop on to say hello if you feel up to it. It's always good to hear how you're doing. Take care. xx9 -
