I'm sorry they've had symptoms Wannabe. It's good that you've wished them well, it's probably all you can do as they haven't had the most helpful attitude. It does seem such a lottery who is okay with it and who isn't.
We are fine thanks, I've thought of you quite a bit and wondered how you and the children are doing. Love to you all xI think a bit of sunshine is good for frugal living. (Cranky40)

Morning WB
Lovely to hear from you. Hard to believe you've been in isolation for 9 months now, I don't know how you're coping with that, but if it keeps youngest safe then it's the best thing. There are still classes being sent home from DS's school which I think is probably the norm everywhere, but he's not been affected yet.
I know you usually have lots of crafty things planned for the DC's to do in the run up to Christmas, have you got your list underway yetWe've a few houses with decorations up already round here, I think people feel the need for a bit of sparkle in their lives at the moment. Have a lovely day. xx

Hello, W. Been a long time since I "spoke" to you. Sorry the family are ill but glad that you and the wee ones are ok. 9 months is a long time to be in isolation. We've hardly been out either. Actually there aren't many places to go.
Keep safe.Have adventures. laugh a lot and always be kind.7 -
Thank you
We haven't got our decorations up yet as we need lights. But its a bit early anyway. Quite a lot seem to have them up that we can see from the window. Youngest is really excited. I dont really have much planned yet. Im really unsure what or how to do.
Hope you're all okay“Once you hit rock bottom, that's where you perfectly stand; That's your chance of restarting, but restarting the way.”8 -
Morning WB
If you can't go out I suppose it will be a case of ordering presents on line? I'm OK with doing that until it comes to postage and then because I'm tight I generally opt for store collection lol but of course that won't be possible for you. I suppose if you can get everything from one store the delivery fee wouldn't be too bad.
Are you still a priority for supermarket delivery and have you got your Christmas food slot booked. Ours will be a very quiet affair this year, just one singleton and a family bubble of 3 coming on Boxing Day. Have to say I'm quietly relieved, it'll be nice just the 4 of us on Christmas Day - I may even not get dressed and just wear some festive PJ's
It's good to hear from you. Pop on more if you feel up to it. We all like keeping up with your news and knowing you and the DC's are OK. xx

I am a still priority customer. I still have a weekly slot its been extended until March.
It wasnt too bad on the gifts. The older two asked for a hoody and youngest wanted a surprise. I managed to get the older two and youngest a playset from A sda online. They will make cards again for each other. The rules around mixing etc won't make a difference to us as its just us usually. Hopefully will be able to squeeze some snacky treats into the food shop. There letters to santa as part of school asked for the above items, a walk on Christmas morning and a movie night with a billion snacks. Not quite sure about the billion 🤣
I always worry about posting. Its still the same old same old so try not to post the moaning bits. I miss regularly posting but the awful messages and things became too much on top of everything else going on.“Once you hit rock bottom, that's where you perfectly stand; That's your chance of restarting, but restarting the way.”6 -
I've really lost track of things like deliveries so that's good you've still got your slot. With the DC's being schooled at home do they still get the weekly dinner money payment or did that stop when everybody went back in September?
My heart used to sink when DD said surprises and I think there were times when Santa didn't quite get it rightThe movie night with a billion snacks
sounds good. I know you don't do the Elf but I've seen some pictures of Elves in glass jars because they have to stay in quarantine which made me laugh. Makes it easier if they can't do anything for 2 weeks as well.
I think everybody's life is the same old same old really, more so than ever at the moment. Were the awful messages sent to you by PM? Can't think what you'd have said to warrant that. You should start posting again if you want to. xx6 -
I can’t believe anyone would send you awful messages that’s absolutely dire. You’re a fantastic mum to your children, you’ve been through really tough times and stayed strong for them. It’s your diary you post if you want to.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)7
