And definitely no offence here. I think it's a scary time for us all.
I don't think I'm feeling any more prepared or less anxious to be honest I feel worse. Asda have cancelled the majority of the items in my basket already so I'm going to have to change stuff around and I expect quite a lot will be unavailable tomorrow.
Tomorrow we have to go to the GP surgery for bloods rather than the hospital. Next week's will be done at home. So tomorrow will probably be my cut off date for going out and sorting things.
Definitely anxious of what's to come“Once you hit rock bottom, that's where you perfectly stand; That's your chance of restarting, but restarting the way.”5 -
Our GP's surgery is closed.

Ours isn't closed yet fully. However no appointments are going ahead without phone consultations first and the majority will be completed over the phone. No one can turn up anymore the doors are locked and all planned appointments are now phone appointments first. So I feel quite "safe" that it's a lot better than where we usually go for bloods that's actually really busy and in town.

I'm exhausted and no where near sorted enough for bed. Or what I need to get done tomorrow. I have a lot to get done.
Amazon are stopping deliveries did I read it right? I'm hoping syringes etc come under medical supplies and will still be shipped? I need to order on the 25th and while they are still double the cost on Amazon it's still significantly cheaper than the pharmacy. Admit I'm worried about this.
I'm anxious and not actually doing anything quickly or usefully if that makes sense. Bits of everything but all of nothing. Despite 20 lists and things I need to get sorted.
I think the reality of 12 weeks at least in isolation is setting in. I'm a slightly concerned of the affect on MH along with the struggle I'm trying to keep a lid on which is already taking a lot.

I think medical supplies and household goods are being prioritised, so hopefully syringes will be okay.
Can you chose the top three things on your lists then go to bed and try to get a bit of sleep? What's not done might have to wait but you might get more done first thing and at least you will have had a bit of rest.
The 12 weeks sounds like a huge time but the end of it is approaching and we have to hold on to that - and it brings us to June, the height of summer - so for every day the sunrise gets earlier and the sunset gets later, you are a day nearer the end. And we're here for you. x

I think amazon are struggling with demand (like lots of online retailers and the supermarkets) but the news i’ve seen says they’re giving play rises and recruiting 100,000 more staff - specifically targeting people in hospitality who have lost their jobs.
ETA - i’ve found more info now - yes, they’re prioritising medical/essential deliveries until demand drops or they can improve capacity (new jobs).7 -
My friends husband works for Amazon, every employee has been asked to work minimum 10 hours overtime per week to cope with the demand. Nothing has been mentioned about them closing or stopping deliveries5

Oh so there's hope for Amazon then.
Asda has cancelled my delivery due to stocking issues. Great stuff.
It was a long night I couldn't settle neither could youngest. Now she doesn't want to get moving.
It's all so unsettling. For us all I think.“Once you hit rock bottom, that's where you perfectly stand; That's your chance of restarting, but restarting the way.”6 -
