Hi WB
Just on the back of what Beanie has posted did I mis-read your uniform post? Have you only bought £23.97's worth so far and do you still have all the rest to buy? Or have you managed to already buy everything you've listed from Mr A?
Weather is atrocious here today. It's done nothing but rain or rain harder. If it was winter I'd be lighting a candle and snuggling down for the rest of the day but it seems odd to do that in August
Hope the DC's are managing to keep themselves busy. xx0 -
What a racket these school uniforms rules are, nothing's changed since mine were little
I'm glad you're up to feeling more organised, that's a positive.
Tea? Have you gone off coffee?
Take care WBF, you are amazing xxI get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -
Evening
Yeah I still need to buy the uniform. I just have my lists ready. Found the cheapest for the right things I can.
The weather is disgusting. It's so wet I think we need a boat!
I've had a busy day today cleaning. I've cleaned every cupboard/wardrobes and drawers upstairs. Along with moving all the furniture and things. Tomorrow is downstairs turn. Finally getting back on top of everything. Although some *** burst a beanbag chair on the street at the front and it's made a massive mess. There's polystyrene everywhere! Wouldn't mind it wasn't even a small child but a teen that found it so funny. Dolly eyes are definitely needed here.
Hope you've all had a good day and stayed dry!
SA I haven't bought coffee hence the teaand thank you I'm trying my best far from amazing though

Finally finished cleaning. Just the windows to do tomorrow and sweep the outside if it's dry enough.
Hope you've all had a lovely Sunday

Morning
I ended up watching killed by my debt last night wow. I needed the tissues! It's scary, although in some way reassuring? Maybe the wrong word that the feelings brought on by debt are there in others not just yourself.
Stayed up too late really
We have the nurse coming this morning and then a letter to pop in the post. Tomorrow we are going into town. Need to sort out the rest of the weeks plans.
Hope you all have a good day x“Once you hit rock bottom, that's where you perfectly stand; That's your chance of restarting, but restarting the way.”0 -
We are all up.and waiting for the nurse. Need to clean the windows still.
It's raining again
Feeling a bit on edge todayI'm really struggling to stay on top of my MH side of things. I'm worrying and anxious about lots of things which doesn't help. I'm feeling guilty we've done nothing really over the holidays except sit in appointments or wait for them at home
it feels like a very long time until there's money coming in which is already all owed out
Anyway I need to dig out the book for DS's residential so I can write a list of things he needs and double check it. Have got the school list wrote. Need to meal plan around the things that are in the cupboards and freezer so I can make the list of fresh stuff we need as small as possible.“Once you hit rock bottom, that's where you perfectly stand; That's your chance of restarting, but restarting the way.”0 -
Sending some hugs - we are a away for a couple of days so my anxiety isn't good either. I'm sorry you've such a wait between payments too. xI think a bit of sunshine is good for frugal living. (Cranky40)

Hi WB
Sorry to hear you're feeling on edge. If you have specific worries would it help to write them down so you can deal with them individually? Maybe seeing things in black and white and thinking each one through can help.
It might feel like you've not done much but you've posted quite often that you've been to the park or the children have played in the garden/with friends so I'm sure it's not as bad as you think.
Hope the nurses appointment went OK. Keep your chin up chuck. xx0 -
Thank you
It's just general worries around DD etc that I guess there isn't any real answers too.
We have gone to the park/library etc. You're rightI don't know why I feel guilty I guess it's because most days include an appointment of some kind.
Have cleaned the windows. Haven't braved going sweeping the polystyrene of the street yet! Still waiting for the nurse. Small are playing schools :rotfl:
Have watched the end of killed by my debt and shocked at the outcome of the investigation.
I guess it made me feel less daft posting here when my debt isn't as huge as most posting now. I felt a bit out of place moaning about the struggle when my debt is less than £1000 when some are paying more than that a month to debts. Although I guess it's all relative. At the current rate (well it isn't being repaid right now but the rate my budget allows at £10 a month) that's over 8 years to repay! I think it struck home his debt on the programme was a similar amount and some of the comments online are horrific. But if you only have so little to service that debt it's as huge as someone else paying £1000 a month to a much bigger debt I guess. No matter the amount it couls be completely life changing big or small. Just because one persons monthly repayment amount would completely clear another persons whole debt doesnt make the person feel 'better off' I don't know if this makes any sense. Or even the pointBut I know what I mean.
Youngest has had some 'rubbish' moments so that's a worry. Is it normal childhood things. Is it making the damage worse. Again nothing with any real point or answer
Anyway I need to go and dig out the paperwork for the residential and make start on that.“Once you hit rock bottom, that's where you perfectly stand; That's your chance of restarting, but restarting the way.”0
